【摘要】:自2013年參加貴陽(yáng)市水利局項(xiàng)目《貴陽(yáng)市地下水資源普查》至今已歷時(shí)2年,本論文是在該項(xiàng)目成果基礎(chǔ)上完成的,主要取得以下成果:(1)確定研究區(qū)地下水資源按流域和行政分區(qū)。(2)采用開采系數(shù)法得出研究區(qū)地下水允許開采量為5.1592億m3/a,地下水開發(fā)利用總量為1.2237億m3/a,開發(fā)利用率為23.72%,地下水開采潛力評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,研究區(qū)開發(fā)利用潛力較小。(3)針對(duì)研究區(qū)地下水資源開發(fā)利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)目標(biāo)層,建立了地下水資源自然狀況、開發(fā)利用狀況、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r3個(gè)指標(biāo)群,選取水文地質(zhì)特征、資源量特征、開采狀況、水質(zhì)狀況、機(jī)井工程5個(gè)目標(biāo)層,涵蓋12個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),使評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果具有代表性。(4)突變理論模型計(jì)算得出研究區(qū)地下水系統(tǒng)內(nèi)10個(gè)行政區(qū)的地下水開發(fā)綜合風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值在0.77~0.91,根據(jù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)劃分等級(jí),均屬于中度~重度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū),其中清鎮(zhèn)市和息烽縣開發(fā)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了研究區(qū)地下水開發(fā)利用及保護(hù)的建議。(5)突變?cè)u(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)各指標(biāo)的確定和量化,是根據(jù)各指標(biāo)在歸一公式本身中的內(nèi)在作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行的,并且可以通過(guò)逐級(jí)計(jì)算最終得出目標(biāo)層的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值,相對(duì)其他方法減小了主觀性,使決策和評(píng)價(jià)更趨于實(shí)際,為研究區(qū)制定合理有效的巖溶地下水開發(fā)利用模式及管理決策提供參考。
[Abstract]:It has been 2 years since 2013 to participate in Guiyang Water Resources Bureau Project "Guiyang groundwater Resources Survey". This paper is based on the achievements of the project. The main results are as follows: 1) determine groundwater resources in the study area according to watershed and administrative zonation. (2) using the method of exploitation coefficient, the allowable exploitation of groundwater in the study area is 515.92 million m3 / a, the total amount of groundwater exploitation and utilization is 122.37 million m3 / a, and the utilization ratio of groundwater is 122.37 million m3 / a. For 23.72, the evaluation results of groundwater exploitation potential show that, In view of the risk target layer of groundwater resources development and utilization in the study area, three index groups, namely, the natural status of groundwater resources, the development and utilization of groundwater resources and the development of social economy, are established, and the hydrogeological characteristics are selected. The characteristics of resource quantity, exploitation condition, water quality condition, well engineering 5 target layers, covering 12 evaluation indexes, So that the evaluation result is representative. The catastrophe theory model calculates that the comprehensive risk value of groundwater exploitation in 10 administrative regions of the study area is 0.77 ~ 0.91. According to the grade of risk, all of them belong to moderate to severe risk area. The risk of development in Qingzhen City and Xifeng County is great. On this basis, the suggestion of groundwater exploitation, utilization and protection in the study area is put forward. The catastrophe evaluation model determines and quantifies each index. It is based on the internal action mechanism of each index in the normalization formula itself, and the risk value of the target layer can be finally obtained by calculating step by step. Compared with other methods, it reduces subjectivity and makes decision-making and evaluation more practical. It provides a reference for making reasonable and effective development and utilization model and management decision of karst groundwater in the study area.
