基于應(yīng)力歸還法的單軸拉伸伺服控制試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的研制與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:根據(jù)巖石廣義應(yīng)力松弛特性試驗(yàn)研究的需要,自主研制了基于應(yīng)力歸還法的單軸拉伸伺服控制試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)的(1)實(shí)現(xiàn)了應(yīng)力歸還法控制,既能單獨(dú)控制加載傳統(tǒng)的位移、應(yīng)力,也可伺服控制應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變線性組合;(2)測(cè)量、控制系統(tǒng)采用硬件實(shí)現(xiàn)而非計(jì)算機(jī)軟件,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單緊湊,系統(tǒng)動(dòng)作反應(yīng)時(shí)間短,性能穩(wěn)定可靠,升級(jí)改造空間大;(3)控制及監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)均采用模擬信號(hào)傳輸,試驗(yàn)過(guò)程控制及數(shù)據(jù)采集精度均較高;(4)采用高強(qiáng)度粘接劑直接拉伸,使試件完全處于被拉伸狀態(tài),能更真實(shí)地模擬工程實(shí)際中巖體的受力狀態(tài)。采用該試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)田下凝灰?guī)r進(jìn)行了拉應(yīng)力條件下的廣義應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,其具有較好的實(shí)用性和可靠性,為研究工程實(shí)際中巖石受拉應(yīng)力作用下的廣義應(yīng)力松弛力學(xué)性質(zhì)提供了新的試驗(yàn)方法及手段。
[Abstract]:According to the generalized need of experimental research on stress relaxation characteristics of the developed stress return method of uniaxial tensile test. The servo control system based on the system (1) the stress return control, displacement, which can independently control the traditional loading stress, but also the linear combination of stress servo control strain; (2) measurement and control system using hardware rather than software, simple and compact structure, system action short reaction time, stable and reliable performance, upgrade large space; (3) monitoring and control data were simulated using the signal transmission, test process control and data acquisition accuracy; (4) the high strength direct tensile adhesive, the specimen is completely stretched, can more accurately simulate the stress state of rock mass in practical engineering. By using the test system, the generalized force under the condition of tensile stress relaxation test of tage tuff of The test results show that it has good practicability and reliability. It provides a new test method and method for studying the generalized stress relaxation mechanical properties of rock under tensile stress in engineering practice.
