經(jīng)PS加固前后遺址土體的熱傳導(dǎo)率與強(qiáng)度關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:為了探索利用紅外熱像檢測(cè)技術(shù)(通過(guò)熱傳導(dǎo)率的差異)對(duì)PS加固效果的評(píng)價(jià)方法,利用新疆交河故城遺址現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的擾動(dòng)土制成土樣,并經(jīng)過(guò)不同濃度的PS加固,測(cè)定其力學(xué)強(qiáng)度和熱傳導(dǎo)率。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,經(jīng)PS加固后的土樣,其力學(xué)強(qiáng)度增大且熱傳導(dǎo)率降低。在相同PS用量條件下,土樣力學(xué)強(qiáng)度隨PS濃度增加而增大;熱傳導(dǎo)率隨PS濃度增加而減小。通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)回歸分析,熱傳導(dǎo)率與強(qiáng)度具有良好的線性負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。最后還探討了PS作用下,土體熱傳導(dǎo)率的變化機(jī)制,從土體的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)角度闡述熱傳導(dǎo)率與強(qiáng)度之間的相關(guān)性。研究結(jié)果表明熱傳導(dǎo)率可用于評(píng)價(jià)PS的加固效果,這為研究PS加固效果的無(wú)損檢測(cè)提供了一條途徑。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the evaluation method of PS reinforcement effect by using infrared thermal image detection technology (through the difference of thermal conductivity), soil samples were made from disturbed soil from the site of Jiaohe City site in Xinjiang, and were strengthened with different concentrations of PS. The experimental results show that the mechanical strength of the soil reinforced by PS increases and the thermal conductivity decreases. Under the same PS content, the mechanical strength of the soil increases with the increase of PS concentration. The thermal conductivity decreases with the increase of PS concentration. By regression analysis of experimental data, it is found that there is a good linear negative correlation between heat conductivity and strength. Finally, the variation mechanism of soil thermal conductivity under PS action is discussed. From the point of view of microstructure of soil mass, the correlation between heat conductivity and strength is expounded. The results show that heat conductivity can be used to evaluate the reinforcement effect of PS, which provides a way to study the nondestructive testing of PS reinforcement effect.
