【摘要】：薩中開發(fā)區(qū)中區(qū)東部、東區(qū)地處主城區(qū),油田和市政建筑密集,目前城市設(shè)施、生產(chǎn)設(shè)施等已占地67%,其余的33%都為零散空地,隨著城市的發(fā)展,城市建設(shè)將會越來越多,油田鉆、建空間也會越來越小,難度越來越大的地面現(xiàn)狀。按照二次開發(fā)“整體研究,統(tǒng)一部署”的極限井網(wǎng)模式,與本區(qū)塊二類油層三次采油方案同步編制,同時鉆建,一次到位,避免后期鉆建用地緊張問題。采取“整體研究、統(tǒng)一部署、細分層系、縮小井距”重構(gòu)三次采油井網(wǎng),利用三次采油井網(wǎng)先期水驅(qū)加密調(diào)整挖潛,強化三次采油前的水驅(qū)二次開發(fā),減緩水驅(qū)產(chǎn)量遞減速度,保持水驅(qū)產(chǎn)量規(guī)模,改善水驅(qū)開發(fā)效果,提高水驅(qū)采收率,然后在適當時機轉(zhuǎn)入三次采油,提高油田最終采收率的技術(shù)思路編制油藏工程方案,在精細油藏描述基礎(chǔ)上,對中區(qū)東部、東區(qū)薩葡高油層儲層特征、原油儲量、現(xiàn)井網(wǎng)動用狀況及剩余油潛力進行了系統(tǒng)研究,部署了注采井106m五點法面積開發(fā)井網(wǎng),設(shè)計總井數(shù)1113口,采油井577口,注水井536口。新鉆井951口,采油井529口,注水井422口;利用井162口。優(yōu)化了層段組合,初步設(shè)計了注入方案,預測了中區(qū)東部、東區(qū)薩葡高三類油層開發(fā)指標及增儲潛力,預測初期平均單井日產(chǎn)液33.6t,日產(chǎn)油3.0t,綜合含水91.0%,建成產(chǎn)能47.6×104t。
[Abstract]:The eastern part of Sazhong Development Zone is located in the main urban area. The oil fields and municipal buildings are dense. At present, urban facilities and production facilities have occupied an area of 67. The rest 33% are scattered open spaces. With the development of the city, urban construction will become more and more. According to the limit well pattern pattern of "overall research, unified deployment" of secondary development, it is synchronized with the tertiary oil recovery scheme of the second class oil reservoir in this block and drilled at the same time. Adopt "whole research, unified deployment, subdivide layer system, reduce well distance" to reconstruct the third production well network, and use the third production well network to adjust and adjust the potential by water drive infilling in advance, in order to avoid the problem of shortage of land for drilling and construction in the later stage. To strengthen the secondary development of water drive before tertiary oil recovery, to slow down the decline of water drive production, to maintain the scale of water drive production, to improve the effect of water drive development, to increase water drive recovery, and then to transfer to tertiary oil recovery at the appropriate time. On the basis of fine reservoir description, the reservoir characteristics and oil reserves of Sapu high reservoir in the eastern and eastern parts of the central area are analyzed. The production status and potential of remaining oil in the present well pattern have been systematically studied, and 106m five-point development well pattern has been deployed. The total number of wells is 1113, 577 wells, 536 injection wells, 951 new drilling wells, 529 production wells and 422 injection wells are designed. Using 162 wells, the formation combination is optimized, the injection scheme is preliminarily designed, the development index and reservoir increasing potential of three types of reservoirs in the eastern and eastern regions of Sapugao are forecasted, the average daily production of single well is 33.6 t, the daily oil production is 3.0 t, the comprehensive water cut is 91.0 t, and the production capacity is 47.6 脳 104 t.
