【摘要】：采用應(yīng)力歸還伺服控制方法,對(duì)I和II類巖石荷載速率依存性進(jìn)行研究。首先,運(yùn)用變阻器技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)伺服試驗(yàn)機(jī)應(yīng)力歸還控制,能對(duì)巖石峰后進(jìn)行穩(wěn)定控制,完整地獲得巖石的全應(yīng)力 應(yīng)變曲線。其次,對(duì)I(田下凝灰?guī)r、荻野凝灰?guī)r)和II類巖石(江持安山巖、井口砂巖)進(jìn)行恒定荷載速率、交替荷載速率和加載 卸載 加載組合試驗(yàn),組合試驗(yàn)對(duì)彈性和非彈性應(yīng)變成功地進(jìn)行了分離,得到非彈性應(yīng)變和應(yīng)力的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,破壞強(qiáng)度、破壞應(yīng)變、楊氏模量和破壞壽命具有明顯的荷載速率特性。最后,對(duì)峰前區(qū)域的荷載速率依存性常數(shù)n提出了3種求解方法,為研究巖石的速率效應(yīng)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The stress return servo control method is used to study the dependence of load rates of class I and II rocks. Firstly, the stress return control of servo testing machine is realized by using rheostat technology, which can control the stability of rock after peak. The full stress and strain curves of rocks are obtained completely. Secondly, constant load rates are carried out on I- (Tian-Xia tuff, Dishenye tuff) and Class II rocks (Jiangzhou-andesite, wellhead sandstone). The combination test of alternating load rate and loading and unloading is carried out successfully to separate elastic strain from inelastic strain, and the corresponding relationship between inelastic strain and stress is obtained. The test results show that the failure strength, failure strain, The Young's modulus and failure life have obvious load-rate characteristics. Finally, three methods are proposed to solve the load rate dependence constant n in the prepeak region, which lays a foundation for the study of the rate effect of rock.
