【摘要】：基于云南地區(qū)烈度衰減模型、人員傷亡、經(jīng)濟損失、次生災害等評估模型,在云南魯?shù)?.5級地震發(fā)生后30 min內,云南地震災害應急指揮中心啟動云南地震應急快速評估系統(tǒng)快速產(chǎn)出地震災害損失預評估結果,震后4 h內,根據(jù)獲取的災情信息,綜合考慮地震震級、發(fā)震時間、震區(qū)人口密度、房屋抗震性能、自然地理環(huán)境、地質構造條件、歷史地震震害特征等因素,結合專家經(jīng)驗,對預評估結果進行了修正并上報各級部門,為魯?shù)榈卣饝敝笓]決策、災害損失評估、政府指導抗震救災工作提供了基礎信息服務。
[Abstract]:Based on the evaluation models of intensity attenuation, casualties, economic losses and secondary disasters in Yunnan area, within 30 min after the M6.5 earthquake in Ludian, Yunnan Province. Yunnan Seismic disaster Emergency Command Center started the Yunnan Seismic Emergency Rapid Assessment system to produce the pre-evaluation results of earthquake disaster loss. Within 4 hours after the earthquake, the magnitude of the earthquake was considered synthetically according to the obtained disaster information. The factors of earthquake occurrence time, population density in earthquake area, seismic performance of buildings, natural geographical environment, geological structural conditions, characteristics of historical earthquake damage and so on are combined with the experience of experts. The results of pre-evaluation were revised and reported to all levels of departments, which provided basic information services for the decision-making of earthquake emergency command in Ludian, the assessment of disaster losses, and the guidance of the government for earthquake relief work.
