砂泥巖混合料填筑體在濕化條件下的沉降特征研究

【摘要】:近年來我國西南部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)受國家整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的影響不斷快速發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展也帶動了西南部地區(qū)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的不斷加強(qiáng)。西南地區(qū)機(jī)場、鐵路、高速公路的建設(shè)也進(jìn)入了發(fā)展的高峰期,而航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)因其所具有的諸多優(yōu)勢,因而成為重點(diǎn)的發(fā)展方向。機(jī)場建設(shè)由于其本身的場地范圍廣、面積大,因而必然涉及到的工程問題也多。再加之西南地區(qū)地形地貌多樣,以山地、丘陵和溝谷為主,自然地理地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜。以上這些因素都使得西南地區(qū)機(jī)場建設(shè)的設(shè)計(jì)和施工都面臨相當(dāng)復(fù)雜的工程問題。西南地區(qū)紅層分布廣泛,這一地區(qū)工程當(dāng)中填料往往是就地取材,因而高填方填筑體多是將場區(qū)內(nèi)巖石經(jīng)爆破后產(chǎn)生的碎石料經(jīng)人工填筑壓實(shí)而成。機(jī)場高填方往往在工后出現(xiàn)較大的沉降并引發(fā)不均勻沉降問題,其中一個突出的問題就是砂泥巖混合料填筑體的濕陷沉降。本文將選取機(jī)場高填方填筑體在濕化條件下的沉降特征問題進(jìn)行研究和探討。以重慶新機(jī)場砂泥巖碎石土混合料作為試驗(yàn)研究對象,對其進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)研究,并結(jié)合昆明新機(jī)場T7段已出現(xiàn)的濕陷沉降問題作為工程實(shí)例進(jìn)一步闡明高填方填筑體在濕化條件下的沉降特征。本文的主要結(jié)論和成果為:濕陷沉降的機(jī)理包含以下幾個方面:(1)濕化條件下砂泥巖碎石土的強(qiáng)度有所下降并出現(xiàn)顆粒的重新排列;(2)泥巖存在著遇水崩解軟化的性質(zhì),大顆粒的泥巖遇水崩解成為細(xì)小的泥巖顆粒,泥巖的這一性質(zhì)也是導(dǎo)致砂泥巖混合料濕陷沉降的重要因素;(3)水分的潤滑作用使得砂泥巖顆粒間的摩擦力下降,使得砂泥巖顆粒之間出現(xiàn)了滑移和錯動。通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),也驗(yàn)證后兩點(diǎn)對濕陷沉降影響更為顯著。對昆明新機(jī)場T7段出現(xiàn)的濕陷沉降進(jìn)行研究,提出沉降預(yù)測的方法以及避免濕陷沉降的工程措施。(1)對于填料的種類與級配的恰當(dāng)選擇,盡量避免或減少使用泥巖等易發(fā)生遇水崩解的材料作為填筑料;(2)在填方體的施工過程中需要進(jìn)行強(qiáng)夯處理確保填筑料的壓實(shí)度;(3)控制細(xì)微顆粒物占到填筑料的比例,細(xì)微顆粒物占填筑料的比例過大將加大填筑體的濕陷沉降量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the economy of southwest China has been developing rapidly under the influence of the development of the whole national economy and the implementation of the western development strategy. The rapid development of economy has also led to the continuous strengthening of infrastructure construction in the southwest. The construction of airports, railways and highways in southwest China has also entered the peak period of development. Because of its many advantages, the air transport industry has become a key development direction. The airport construction has a wide range of sites and large area. Therefore, there must be many engineering problems involved. In addition, the southwest region has a variety of topography and landforms, mainly mountainous, hilly and gully. These factors make the design and construction of the airport in the southwest face quite complex engineering problems. The red beds are widely distributed in the southwest. In this area of engineering, the packing is often based on local materials. As a result, most of the high fill fill is made by artificial filling and compaction of the rock in the field area after blasting. The airport high fill often occurs a large settlement after construction and causes uneven settlement problem. One of the outstanding problems is the settlement of sand and mudstone mixture. In this paper, the settlement characteristics of airport high fill under humidification condition are studied and discussed. Stone and soil mixture as experimental research object. The experimental study was carried out. Combined with the problem of settlement in T7 section of Kunming New Airport as an engineering example, the settlement characteristics of high fill under wet condition are further clarified. The main conclusions and results of this paper are as follows:. The mechanism of subsidence includes the following aspects: (. 1) under humidification condition, the strength of sand and mudstone gravel soil decreased and the grain was rearranged; (2) the mudstone has the property of water collapse and softening, and the large grain mudstone disintegrating into fine mudstone grain, and this property of mudstone is also an important factor leading to the settlement of sand and mudstone mixture. 3) the lubricating effect of moisture makes the friction between sand and mudstone particles decrease, and makes the sand and mudstone particles slip and stagger. It is also verified that the effect of the latter two points on the subsidence is more significant. The subsidence occurred in the T7 section of Kunming New Airport is studied. The method of settlement prediction and the engineering measures to avoid collapsing settlement are put forward. The proper selection of packing type and gradation should be made to avoid or reduce the use of materials such as mudstone which are prone to water collapse as filling materials. 2) it is necessary to carry out dynamic compaction to ensure the compaction degree of the filling material during the construction process of the filling body; 3) controlling the proportion of fine particulate matter to the filling material, and if the proportion of fine particulate matter to the filling material is too large, the settlement of the filling body will be increased.
