微波器件聯(lián)接扭矩與無(wú)源互調(diào)間的關(guān)系

【摘要】:無(wú)源互調(diào)是空間復(fù)雜大功率微波器件設(shè)計(jì)和衛(wèi)星通信技術(shù)中的難題.為了揭示微波器件聯(lián)接扭矩與無(wú)源互調(diào)功率電平間的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系,提出了一種快速計(jì)算方法.首先,以二項(xiàng)式的形式推導(dǎo)了互調(diào)電壓的求解方法;然后,結(jié)合傳輸線理論建立了單點(diǎn)源無(wú)源互調(diào)數(shù)學(xué)模型;接著,由實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)得的微波器件I-V特性計(jì)算I-V關(guān)系式中的非線性系數(shù),代入點(diǎn)源無(wú)源互調(diào)模型來(lái)計(jì)算不同聯(lián)接扭矩下的無(wú)源互調(diào)功率電平;最后,設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了點(diǎn)源模型預(yù)測(cè)三階無(wú)源互調(diào)功率電平準(zhǔn)確性,解決了微波器件在不同聯(lián)接扭矩下的無(wú)源互調(diào)預(yù)測(cè)難題.
