分布式光纖光柵溫度監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著近年來工業(yè)建設的快速發(fā)展,大型結構的健康監(jiān)測越來越受到重視。分布式的傳感網(wǎng)絡能夠?qū)Υ笮徒Y構設備進行全面系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)測。光纖光柵傳感器基于波長編碼,易于復用組網(wǎng)并且具有耐腐蝕、抗電磁干擾等優(yōu)點,在眾多不同種類的傳感器中脫穎而出,由光纖光柵傳感器組建的傳感監(jiān)測網(wǎng)絡在橋梁構架監(jiān)測、油田礦井安全監(jiān)測、糧倉溫度監(jiān)測等領域具有廣闊的應用前景。首先,論文主要對光纖光柵的傳感解調(diào)技術進行了深入研究,介紹了光纖光柵的耦合模理論和布拉格光柵的溫度傳感原理,并闡述了分布式光纖光柵傳感網(wǎng)絡常用的復用技術和解調(diào)技術。其次,論文配合使用高精度光纖光柵解調(diào)儀搭建了分布式光纖光柵傳感解調(diào)系統(tǒng),詳細介紹了光纖光柵解調(diào)儀的各組成部分的工作原理及傳感網(wǎng)絡采用的光柵復用技術。再次,論文設計了分布式傳感網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)控的應用程序,重點編寫了上位機軟件,用戶可以實時在線監(jiān)測外界參量變化,存儲參量變化信息,可以對參量進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。從分析需求到系統(tǒng)功能設計,簡單介紹了編程語言及SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫以及各部分功能的實現(xiàn)過程。最后,論文主要對分布式溫度監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)進行運行測試,利用自行編寫的上位機軟件對溫度與波長關系進行標定,分析了實驗中光柵的溫度靈敏度,并對影響光纖光柵溫度特性的因素進行歸納總結。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrial construction in recent years, more and more attention has been paid to health monitoring of large-scale structures. Distributed sensor network can be used to monitor the large-scale structures and equipments in an all-round and systematic way. Fiber Bragg grating sensors based on wavelength coding, easy to reuse networking and has the advantages of anti-corrosion, anti-electromagnetic interference and so on, it stands out in many different kinds of sensors. The sensor monitoring network composed of fiber Bragg grating sensors has broad application prospects in the fields of bridge frame monitoring, mine safety monitoring in oil fields, temperature monitoring in granaries and so on. Firstly, the sensing demodulation technology of fiber grating is studied deeply, and the coupling mode theory of fiber grating and the temperature sensing principle of Bragg grating are introduced. The multiplexing and demodulation techniques commonly used in distributed fiber Bragg grating sensor networks are also described in this paper. Secondly, the distributed fiber grating sensing demodulation system is built by using the high-precision fiber grating demodulator. The working principle of each component of the fiber grating demodulator and the grating multiplexing technology used in the sensor network are introduced in detail. Thirdly, the application program of distributed sensor network monitoring is designed, and the software of host computer is designed. The user can monitor the change of external parameters on-line in real time, store the information of parameter change, and analyze the data of parameters. From the analysis requirement to the system function design, the programming language, the SQL Server database and the realization process of each part of the function are introduced in this paper. Finally, the paper mainly carries on the running test to the distributed temperature monitoring data processing system, calibrates the relationship between the temperature and the wavelength by using the computer software written by ourselves, analyzes the temperature sensitivity of the grating in the experiment, and analyzes the temperature sensitivity of the grating in the experiment. The factors affecting the temperature characteristics of fiber gratings are summarized.
