基于光纖探頭的洋蔥近紅外光譜檢測(cè)的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:利用Monte Carlo方法模擬光在洋蔥組織內(nèi)部的傳輸特性,并結(jié)合采用光纖探頭的接觸式測(cè)量條件,對(duì)漫反射檢測(cè)信號(hào)進(jìn)行仿真計(jì)算,分析表皮厚度和光學(xué)性質(zhì)對(duì)測(cè)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,表皮對(duì)信號(hào)強(qiáng)度有明顯的衰減作用,但對(duì)平均穿透深度影響不大。在波長(zhǎng)800nm處,探測(cè)點(diǎn)到入射點(diǎn)的距離(源探距)為0.9~2.0cm時(shí),在保證信號(hào)強(qiáng)度的同時(shí)可達(dá)到0.5~0.8cm的平均穿透深度,并可檢測(cè)到此深度的頸腐病害(Botrytis allii Munn.);使用直徑和數(shù)值孔徑較大的光纖探頭可以在保證測(cè)量精度的同時(shí)提高探測(cè)靈敏度。
[Abstract]:The transmission characteristics of light in onion tissue were simulated by Monte Carlo method, and the influence of the thickness of epidermis and optical properties on the measurement was analyzed by using the contact measurement conditions of optical fiber probe. The results show that the epidermis can attenuate the signal intensity obviously, but has little effect on the average penetration depth. At wavelength 800nm, when the distance from the detection point to the incident point (source probe distance) is 0.9~2.0cm, the average penetration depth of 0.5~0.8cm can be achieved at the same time as the signal intensity is guaranteed, and the neck rot disease (Botrytis allii Munn.); can be detected at this depth. The optical fiber probe with large diameter and numerical aperture can improve the detection sensitivity while ensuring the measurement accuracy.
