【摘要】：采用雙層基片集成波導(SIW)實現(xiàn)四通帶濾波器。設計中采用SIW腔體,利用微擾通孔調節(jié)TE101的諧振頻率,同時分離簡并模式TE201、TE102。該濾波器采用垂直堆疊的兩個SIW諧振器,通過接觸面上的槽線實現(xiàn)耦合,加上槽線的諧振模式,通過多種模式的耦合形成四通帶。與平面結構的混合耦合SIW濾波器相比,具有更小的尺寸。介質基板采用的是Rogers 5880,該濾波器具有結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕、容易加工和集成等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:The four pass band filter is realized by using double layer substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). In the design, the SIW cavity is used to adjust the resonant frequency of TE101 by using a perturbation through hole, and the degenerate mode TE201,TE102. is separated at the same time. The filter adopts two SIW resonators that are stacked vertically. The filter is coupled by the slot line on the contact surface and the resonant mode of the slot line. The four-pass band is formed by coupling of various modes. Compared with the planar hybrid coupled SIW filter, the size of the filter is smaller. The dielectric substrate adopts Rogers 5880. The filter has the advantages of compact structure, small size, light weight, easy processing and integration.
