燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)硼硅基質(zhì)熒光玻璃發(fā)光性能影響

【摘要】:采用共燒結(jié)法制備了硼硅基質(zhì)Ce:YAG熒光玻璃,研究了燒結(jié)溫度在600℃~900℃范圍內(nèi),Ce:YAG熒光玻璃的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度變化和色坐標(biāo)漂移規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,Ce:YAG熒光玻璃發(fā)光強(qiáng)度先增強(qiáng)后減弱,700℃燒結(jié)時(shí),熒光玻璃獲得最大發(fā)光強(qiáng)度;超過(guò)850℃燒結(jié)時(shí),熒光玻璃無(wú)發(fā)光性能;同時(shí),色坐標(biāo)(x,y)發(fā)生漂移,且比相同燒結(jié)溫度的熒光粉漂移幅度大。通過(guò)X射線粉末衍射儀、差示掃描量熱分析儀和X射線光電子能譜分析儀測(cè)試分析表明:隨著燒結(jié)溫度升高,熒光粉中的Ce~(3+)被玻璃基質(zhì)氧化成Ce~(4+),玻璃液體腐蝕破壞了熒光粉YAG晶體結(jié)構(gòu),降低了熒光玻璃的發(fā)光強(qiáng)度,從而導(dǎo)致色坐標(biāo)劣化漂移。
