【摘要】：為解決企業(yè)對(duì)大型料堆進(jìn)行精確盤(pán)庫(kù)計(jì)量的需求,本文提出一種基于激光測(cè)距儀設(shè)計(jì)的料堆盤(pán)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)。文中詳細(xì)介紹了該系統(tǒng)的硬件組成及工作原理、數(shù)據(jù)的采集及處理及其中運(yùn)用到數(shù)學(xué)模型及其算法。該系統(tǒng)先通過(guò)激光測(cè)距采集單個(gè)點(diǎn)的三維坐標(biāo),再對(duì)所有采集數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)軟件進(jìn)行三維構(gòu)圖進(jìn)行體積運(yùn)算來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)精確盤(pán)庫(kù)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of the enterprise for accurate metering of large stack, this paper puts forward a kind of material stack library system based on laser rangefinder. In this paper, the hardware composition and working principle of the system, the data collection and processing, and its application to mathematical model and algorithm are introduced in detail. The system firstly collects the 3D coordinates of a single point by laser ranging, and then carries out the volume calculation of the 3D composition of all the collected data through software to realize the accurate disk library.
