高精度石英加速度計(jì)采集電路設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:從高精度捷聯(lián)慣導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)加速度計(jì)信號(hào)采集需求出發(fā),設(shè)計(jì)了一種高精度、低功耗、小型化的加速度計(jì)信號(hào)采集方案,采用數(shù)字補(bǔ)償方案對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換電路的零位和標(biāo)度因數(shù)溫度系數(shù)進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)償校準(zhǔn),補(bǔ)償后其全溫指標(biāo)提高了一個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。經(jīng)實(shí)際電路測(cè)試驗(yàn)證,其在-55℃~+85℃溫度范圍內(nèi)的標(biāo)度因數(shù)全溫變化小于0.5 ppm/℃,全溫零位小于10μg,標(biāo)度因數(shù)年重復(fù)性達(dá)到10 ppm,電路常溫功耗僅為1.8 W,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該電路方案滿足高精度捷聯(lián)慣導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用需求。
[Abstract]:According to the requirement of signal acquisition for accelerometer in strapdown inertial navigation system, a high precision, low power consumption and miniaturized accelerometer signal acquisition scheme is designed. The digital compensation scheme is used to compensate and calibrate the zero and scale factor temperature coefficients of the converter circuit. The total temperature index of the converter circuit is increased by an order of magnitude after the compensation.
