多矩形空腔陣列的發(fā)射率研究

【摘要】:為形成可調(diào)節(jié)的溫差,該文設(shè)計(jì)一種多矩形空腔陣列,陣列由3個(gè)分體單元組成,每個(gè)單元包含有確定深度和寬度比的矩形空腔。使用紅外熱像儀對(duì)陣列上端面拍攝熱圖像,不同單元的表觀溫度各不相同。通過(guò)理論計(jì)算給出單元表面發(fā)射率的計(jì)算公式,通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量單元表面發(fā)射率,并將理論計(jì)算值與實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量值進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:在深度和寬度較大時(shí),計(jì)算值與測(cè)量值較為接近,在深度和寬度較小時(shí)兩者差值較大。實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)多矩形空腔陣列可用于紅外成像設(shè)備的測(cè)試和校準(zhǔn)等用途。
[Abstract]:In order to form the adjustable temperature difference, a multi-rectangular cavity array is designed. The array consists of three split elements, each containing a rectangular cavity with a ratio of depth to width. The infrared thermal imager is used to photograph the thermal image on the end face of the array, and the apparent temperature of different units is different. The calculation formula of unit surface emissivity is given by theoretical calculation, and the emissivity of unit surface is measured experimentally, and the theoretical calculation value is compared with the experimental measurement value. The results show that the calculated value is close to the measured value when the depth and width are larger, and the difference between the calculated value and the measured value is larger when the depth and width are small. Experimental results show that the multi-rectangular cavity array can be used for the testing and calibration of infrared imaging equipment.
