一款應(yīng)用于LED驅(qū)動(dòng)的過(guò)溫保護(hù)電路

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一款電壓隨溫度自適應(yīng)變化,從而使驅(qū)動(dòng)電流隨溫度自適應(yīng)變化的過(guò)溫保護(hù)電路。應(yīng)用于LED驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,具有滯回關(guān)斷的特點(diǎn),在恒流輸出中增加溫度自適應(yīng)模塊,設(shè)計(jì)簡(jiǎn)單而且比較穩(wěn)定;0.5μm CMOS工藝,使用Cadence Spectre對(duì)電路進(jìn)行仿真。仿真結(jié)果表明,基準(zhǔn)電壓精度高,溫漂低,溫度系數(shù)為1.6×10~(-5)/℃;LED電路在0~65℃,恒定輸出350 mA,輸出變化范圍小于0.285%;在65~108℃范圍內(nèi)變化時(shí),電流輸出自適應(yīng)范圍為85 mA;在溫度達(dá)到110℃時(shí),關(guān)斷信號(hào)為高電平,電路關(guān)斷輸出,直到溫度下降到60℃時(shí),電路重新開(kāi)啟。
