準(zhǔn)東煤化學(xué)處理后堿金屬含量的激光測(cè)量研究

【摘要】：為了評(píng)價(jià)水洗、醋酸銨洗和鹽酸洗等化學(xué)處理方法去除準(zhǔn)東煤中堿金屬的能力,分析激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜(LIBS)技術(shù)快速測(cè)量煤中堿金屬含量的可行性和準(zhǔn)確性,采用去離子水、醋酸銨溶液和稀鹽酸溶液依次對(duì)準(zhǔn)東煤進(jìn)行化學(xué)處理,并利用LIBS技術(shù)對(duì)各樣本中的Na,K元素進(jìn)行測(cè)量,同時(shí)與電感耦合等離子光譜(ICP)檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得到了驗(yàn)證LIBS技術(shù)測(cè)量準(zhǔn)東煤中堿金屬含量可靠性的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果表明,水洗等化學(xué)處理可高效地去除準(zhǔn)東煤中的堿金屬,而LIBS技術(shù)對(duì)不同樣本中的Na,K元素測(cè)量重復(fù)性較好,并且具有較高的靈敏度和較低的檢測(cè)極限,LIBS檢測(cè)結(jié)果與ICP的相對(duì)誤差不超過(guò)7%。該結(jié)果說(shuō)明LIBS可作為在線測(cè)量煤樣中堿金屬含量的一種有效手段。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the ability of chemical treatment such as water washing, ammonium acetate washing and hydrochloric acid washing to remove alkali metal from Zhundong coal, the feasibility and accuracy of rapid measurement of alkali metal content in coal by laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) were analyzed, and deionized water was used. Ammonium acetate solution and dilute hydrochloric acid solution were used to chemically treat the east coal in turn, and the LIBS technique was used to measure the Na ~ (2 +) K element in each sample, and the results were compared with the results of inductively coupled plasma spectrum (ICP) detection. The experimental data are obtained to verify the reliability of LIBS technology in measuring alkali metal content in Jindong coal. The results show that chemical treatment such as water washing can effectively remove alkali metals from Zhundong coal, while LIBS technique has good repeatability for measuring Nafik in different samples. Moreover, the relative error between the results of libs and ICP is less than 7% with higher sensitivity and lower detection limit. The results show that LIBS can be used as an effective method for on-line measurement of alkali metal content in coal samples.
