【摘要】：在充分論證我國(guó)集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)遇的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)軍民融合發(fā)展模式,梳理了目前我國(guó)在集成電路軍民深度融合發(fā)展中面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題與發(fā)展瓶頸,結(jié)合國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和啟示,從強(qiáng)化頂層設(shè)計(jì)、軍民優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、營(yíng)造競(jìng)合環(huán)境等方面提出了適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的集成電路產(chǎn)業(yè)軍民融合發(fā)展模式和路徑。
[Abstract]:On the basis of fully demonstrating the opportunities for the development of China's integrated circuit industry, this paper analyzes in detail the development model of military and civilian integration of the integrated circuit industry in developed countries. Combing the practical problems and development bottlenecks in the development of integrated circuit deep integration between military and civilian, combining the advanced experience and enlightenment of foreign countries, from strengthening the top-level design, the military-civilian advantages complement each other. The development mode and path of integration of military and civilian in integrated circuit industry are put forward in this paper.
