分布電感對石英晶體測試精度的影響及補(bǔ)償

【摘要】:IEC推薦的石英晶體電參數(shù)的(網(wǎng)絡(luò)零相位測試方法依賴于對測試環(huán)境的嚴(yán)格限制來保證其測試精度。在實際應(yīng)用中,生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場的測試環(huán)境將引入雜散電抗并嚴(yán)重影響其測試精度.為提高測量精度,根據(jù)石英晶體的電參模型和理想網(wǎng)絡(luò)與實際網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的差異,理論和實驗分析了分布電感對石英晶體諧振頻率測試精度的影響,采用電容補(bǔ)償?shù)姆椒ǹ梢燥@著減小這一影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過補(bǔ)償后的石英晶體串聯(lián)諧振頻率的測量精度可達(dá)到±2×10~(-6)。
[Abstract]:The zero phase measurement method of quartz crystal recommended by IEC depends on the strict limitation of the testing environment to ensure the accuracy of the measurement. In practical application, stray reactance will be introduced into the test environment of production site and its test accuracy will be seriously affected. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, the influence of distributed inductance on the measurement accuracy of quartz crystal resonance frequency is analyzed theoretically and experimentally according to the difference between the electrical parameter model and the ideal network model of quartz crystal and the actual network model. This effect can be significantly reduced by capacitance compensation. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy of series resonant frequency of quartz crystal after compensation can reach 鹵2 脳 10 ~ (-6).
