【摘要】：正說到集成電路,在我們生活當(dāng)中可處處離不了它,計(jì)算機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、移動(dòng)通訊、多媒體、手機(jī)、電視、相機(jī)、汽車等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都必不可少。在相當(dāng)長的一段時(shí)間里都只能從美日德等國進(jìn)口。不過,記者日前從北京經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)了解到,截至今年11月,中芯國際北京廠使用國產(chǎn)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)的300 mm正式產(chǎn)品晶圓加工突破一千萬片次,這標(biāo)志著國產(chǎn)設(shè)備在大生產(chǎn)中的充分驗(yàn)證和市場化,國產(chǎn)設(shè)備技術(shù)和市場競爭力邁上了一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。
[Abstract]:When it comes to integrated circuits, it is indispensable in many fields such as computer, Internet, mobile communication, multimedia, mobile phone, TV, camera, automobile and so on. For quite a long time they could only be imported from countries such as the United States, Japan and Germany. However, the reporter learned from the Beijing Economic and technological Development Zone a few days ago that as of November this year, SMIC Beijing Factory had made more than 10 million wafers of the 300mm official product produced by domestic equipment. This marks the full verification and marketization of domestic equipment in large-scale production, and the technical and market competitiveness of domestic equipment has advanced to a new level.
