凝固精煉、造渣精煉提純冶金硅的研究進展

【摘要】:冶金法集合多種提純手段逐步降低冶金級硅中雜質含量,是制備太陽能級多晶硅的有效手段,顯示了巨大的成本壓縮空間,發(fā)展?jié)摿薮蟆榱诉M一步降低冶金法成本,國內外學者針對冶金硅提純過程中存在的長流程、低提純效率等關鍵問題展開了大量的研究工作,采用了多種有效手段強化冶金硅凈化過程中雜質的去除效果,提升了多晶硅的提純效率。主要以雜質的分凝和氧化性質為基礎,重點綜述了有關凝固精煉與造渣精煉過程中雜質去除的最新研究進展,并對冶金法下一階段的研究重點和發(fā)展前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Metallurgical method is an effective means to reduce the impurity content in metallurgical grade silicon gradually. It is an effective means to prepare solar grade polysilicon. It shows huge cost compression space and has great potential for development. In order to further reduce metallurgical cost, scholars at home and abroad are aiming at the long process, low purification efficiency and so on. A lot of research work has been carried out on the key problem, and a variety of effective methods are used to strengthen the removal of impurities in the process of metallurgical silicon purification, and the purification efficiency of polysilicon is enhanced. The latest research progress on impurities removal in the process of solidification refining and slag refining is mainly summarized, and the latest research progress on the removal of impurities in the process of solidification refining and slag making is reviewed. The research focus and development prospect of the next stage of metallurgy are prospected.
