基于輻射計(jì)的目標(biāo)紅外輻射的研究

【摘要】:紅外輻射是一種電磁場(chǎng)輻射,凡是溫度高于絕對(duì)零度的物體都在不斷的輻射紅外線,紅外輻射充滿整個(gè)空間。因此,對(duì)目標(biāo)紅外輻射特性的研究是現(xiàn)階段研究的重點(diǎn)課題之一。本文在利用傅里葉光譜輻射計(jì)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)被測(cè)目標(biāo)的輻射特性進(jìn)行了研究。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:大氣透過(guò)率的計(jì)算。在物體發(fā)出輻射的過(guò)程當(dāng)中,空氣中懸浮顆粒的散射以及氣體分子的吸收是能量在傳輸過(guò)程中發(fā)生衰減的主要原因。為了提高對(duì)目標(biāo)紅外輻射特性的測(cè)量精度,利用紅外光譜輻射計(jì)MR170在不同溫度下對(duì)面源黑體的輻射特性進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。根據(jù)對(duì)大氣透過(guò)率建立的計(jì)算模型,求得實(shí)驗(yàn)環(huán)境下的大氣透過(guò)率值。然后根據(jù)計(jì)算得到的大氣透過(guò)率值對(duì)測(cè)得的輻亮度值反演,提高輻射特性測(cè)量精確度。目標(biāo)光譜發(fā)射率的計(jì)算。發(fā)射率是物體紅外輻射測(cè)量的一項(xiàng)重要參量,對(duì)目標(biāo)輻射特性的測(cè)量精確性有著直接的影響。本文在傳統(tǒng)的能量法測(cè)發(fā)射率的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改進(jìn),利用紅外光譜輻射計(jì)MR170測(cè)量目標(biāo)的光譜輻射亮度并在同一溫度相同波段下建立一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)黑體模型,對(duì)目標(biāo)的發(fā)射率進(jìn)行求解。并進(jìn)行了誤差修正和分析,提高了發(fā)射率的計(jì)算精度。對(duì)飛機(jī)蒙皮輻射特性進(jìn)行測(cè)量和計(jì)算。在相同環(huán)境相同距離下利用面源黑體對(duì)輻射計(jì)進(jìn)行標(biāo)定,利用標(biāo)定的輻射計(jì)對(duì)不同溫度下的飛機(jī)蒙皮的輻射特性進(jìn)行測(cè)量和計(jì)算。結(jié)合大氣透過(guò)率的計(jì)算結(jié)果以及飛機(jī)表面蒙皮發(fā)射率的計(jì)算對(duì)目標(biāo)的輻射特性進(jìn)行了修正,提高輻射特性的計(jì)算精度。
[Abstract]:Infrared radiation is a kind of electromagnetic radiation. All objects with temperature above absolute zero are constantly radiating infrared radiation, and infrared radiation fills the whole space. Therefore, the study of infrared radiation characteristics of target is one of the key research topics at present. Based on the Fourier spectrum radiometer measurement system, the radiation characteristics of the target are studied in this paper. The main research contents include the calculation of atmospheric transmittance. The scattering of suspended particles in the air and the absorption of gas molecules are the main reasons for the decay of energy in the process of radiation. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of infrared radiation characteristics of targets, the infrared spectral radiometer (MR170) was used to measure the radiation characteristics of non-point blackbodies at different temperatures. Based on the calculation model of atmospheric transmittance, the atmospheric transmittance in experimental environment is obtained. Then the measured radiance values are inversed according to the calculated atmospheric transmittance values to improve the measurement accuracy of radiation characteristics. Calculation of target spectral emissivity. Emissivity is an important parameter in infrared radiation measurement of objects, which has a direct impact on the measurement accuracy of target radiation characteristics. Based on the traditional energy method for emissivity measurement, the infrared spectral radiometer (MR170) is used to measure the spectral radiance of the target, and a standard blackbody model is established at the same temperature band to solve the emissivity of the target. Error correction and analysis are carried out to improve the accuracy of emissivity calculation. The radiation characteristics of aircraft skin were measured and calculated. The radiometer is calibrated by using a blackbody in the same environment and at the same distance, and the radiation characteristics of the aircraft skin at different temperatures are measured and calculated by the calibrated radiometer. Combined with the calculation of atmospheric transmittance and the calculation of the surface emissivity of the aircraft, the radiation characteristics of the target are modified to improve the accuracy of the calculation of the radiation characteristics.
