有源電力濾波器的保護(hù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:近年來,世界各國現(xiàn)代化程度不斷提高,國民經(jīng)濟(jì)也在飛速發(fā)展,社會(huì)對(duì)電力能源的質(zhì)量要求越來越高。由于電力系統(tǒng)中非線性設(shè)備和負(fù)荷的存在,導(dǎo)致電力系統(tǒng)的正弦波形畸變。電網(wǎng)諧波對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行有很多危害,如引起繼電保護(hù)和自動(dòng)裝置誤動(dòng)、縮短電氣設(shè)備壽命、增大線路的網(wǎng)損以及造成通信干擾等。有源電力濾波器(APF,Active power filter)是一種新型電力電子裝置,它的功能是動(dòng)態(tài)抑制系統(tǒng)諧波,并且能夠快速跟蹤補(bǔ)償不同大小和頻率的諧波!坝性础笔窍鄬(duì)“無源”LC濾波器而言的,它彌補(bǔ)了無源濾波器只能吸收固定大小和頻率諧波的缺點(diǎn),可以控制并主動(dòng)輸出電流的大小、頻率和相位,并且具有響應(yīng)快速,不易與系統(tǒng)發(fā)生諧振和濾波效果好的特點(diǎn)。因此研究有源電力濾波器具有重大的實(shí)用價(jià)值。如何保證有源電力濾波器裝置正常安全運(yùn)行是其能在工程應(yīng)用的前提。本文在分析有源電力濾波器的基本工作原理、系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成以及有源電力濾波器補(bǔ)償諧波電流的檢測方法的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了有源電力濾波器的整體保護(hù)方案。該保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)方案涉及到三個(gè)方面,分別是:(1)有源電力濾波器常見的自身故障時(shí)的保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì);動(dòng)作于發(fā)出信號(hào)并解列裝置,待進(jìn)一步排查故障后再投入運(yùn)行。對(duì)比較常見且影響較為嚴(yán)重的直流電容短路故障和橋臂直通故障,分別提出加裝快速熔斷器和設(shè)置死區(qū)時(shí)間或設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)流保護(hù)電路等保護(hù)措施;(2)有源電力濾波器外部短路故障時(shí)的保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì);采用脈沖閉鎖保護(hù),當(dāng)瞬時(shí)型短路故障消失后停止發(fā)出閉鎖脈沖恢復(fù)裝置運(yùn)行,若為永久性短路故障則進(jìn)一步解列裝置;(3)有源電力濾波器在過負(fù)荷的保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì);在原來截?cái)嘞蘖鞯幕A(chǔ)上,提出比例限流法,可以有效的解決三相三線制有源電力濾波器截?cái)嘞蘖骱笕鄼z測電流和不為零致使補(bǔ)償效果變差的情況。并使用Matlab/Simulink仿真平臺(tái)搭建三相三線制的有源電力濾波器模型對(duì)所提保護(hù)方案進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,仿真結(jié)果表明,該保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)方案不僅可以有效地限制有源電力濾波器設(shè)備的過電流,使其在電網(wǎng)中安全運(yùn)行,而且能在非正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下發(fā)揮最大的補(bǔ)償功效。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the degree of modernization of countries in the world has been continuously improved, the national economy is also developing rapidly, and the quality of power energy is becoming more and more demanding by the society. The existence of nonlinear equipment and load in power system leads to sinusoidal distortion of power system. The harmonic of the power network has a lot of harm to the normal operation of the power system, such as causing relay protection and maloperation of the automatic device, shortening the life of the electrical equipment, increasing the network loss of the line and causing the communication interference, etc. APF active power filter (APF) is a new type of power electronic device. Its function is to dynamically suppress the harmonics of the system, and it can quickly track and compensate harmonics of different sizes and frequencies. "active" is relative to "passive" LC filter. It makes up for the disadvantage that passive filter can absorb only fixed size and frequency harmonics, can control and actively output the magnitude, frequency and phase of current, and has fast response. It is difficult to resonate with the system and has good filtering effect. Therefore, the study of active power filter has great practical value. How to ensure the normal and safe operation of active power filter is the premise of its application in engineering. Based on the analysis of the basic principle of active power filter, the system structure and the detecting method of compensating harmonic current of active power filter, the overall protection scheme of active power filter is designed in this paper. The protection scheme involves three aspects, one is the protection design of active power filter when its own faults are common, and the other is to send out the signal and disassemble the device, and then put it into operation after further checking the fault. For common and serious DC capacitor short-circuit faults and bridge arm through faults, The protection measures such as installing fast fuses and setting dead-zone time or designing circulation protection circuit are put forward respectively in case of external short circuit fault of active power filter, and pulse latching protection is adopted. When the instantaneous short-circuit fault disappears, it stops the operation of the latching pulse recovery device, and if it is a permanent short-circuit fault, it further deletes the device / 3) the protection design of the active power filter under the overload, and on the basis of the original truncation and current limiting, A proportional current limiting method is proposed, which can effectively solve the problem that the three-phase three-wire active power filter with truncated current limiting current and non-zero can cause the compensation effect to become worse. A three-phase three-wire active power filter model with Matlab/Simulink simulation platform is used to verify the proposed protection scheme. The simulation results show that the proposed protection scheme not only can effectively limit the over-current of the active power filter equipment, It can operate safely in the power grid, and it can exert the maximum compensation effect in the abnormal operation state.
