行波管陰極組件激光焊接殘余應(yīng)力及其對結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的影響分析

【摘要】:對行波管陰極鉬筒和鉭支撐筒的焊接材料及焊接工藝進(jìn)行了研究,并用數(shù)值模擬方法對焊接結(jié)構(gòu)的殘余應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了分析,獲得焊接殘余應(yīng)力值及其分布,并與試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行了比對,仿真結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致。同時(shí)將殘余應(yīng)力結(jié)果作為預(yù)應(yīng)力加載到行波管陰極組件上,分析了其對結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明:焊接殘余應(yīng)力使陰極組件結(jié)構(gòu)在實(shí)際工作中的應(yīng)力值增大且應(yīng)力分布發(fā)生了變化,在殘余應(yīng)力的影響下,鉭支撐筒在高溫工作時(shí)的應(yīng)力由332變化為412 MPa,增幅達(dá)24%,而且最大應(yīng)力的位置也由鉭爪內(nèi)表面轉(zhuǎn)移到鉭爪拐角處。而六個(gè)鉭支撐爪子的外表面(焊接處)由于殘余應(yīng)力最大,該處應(yīng)力值也由101增加到250 MPa,增幅高達(dá)150%。因此陰極組件中鉭支撐筒與陰極鉬筒的焊接處很容易因應(yīng)力值過大而失效,需要對焊接處殘余應(yīng)力進(jìn)行消除和控制并對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加固設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:The welding materials and welding process of the cathode molybdenum tube and the tantalum support tube of the traveling wave tube are studied. The residual stress of the welded structure is analyzed by numerical simulation method, and the welding residual stress value and its distribution are obtained. The simulation results are in agreement with the experimental results. At the same time, the effect of residual stress on the structure strength is analyzed by loading the residual stress as the prestressing force on the TWT cathode assembly. The results show that the welding residual stress increases the stress value and the stress distribution of the cathode assembly structure in practice, and under the influence of the residual stress, The stress of tantalum support tube changed from 332 to 412 MPA at high temperature, which increased by 24%, and the position of the maximum stress was transferred from the inner surface of tantalum claw to the corner of tantalum claw. The external surface of the six tantalum-supported paws (welding site) is increased from 101 to 250 MPA due to the maximum residual stress, an increase of 150 MPA. Therefore, the welding of tantalum support tube and cathode molybdenum tube in cathode assembly is easy to fail because of the excessive stress value, so it is necessary to eliminate and control the residual stress in the welding site and to strengthen the structure.
