【摘要】：為推行自主式保障理念,提高電子裝備的綜合保障能力,提出了一種基于視情維修的電子裝備預測與健康管理(Prognostics and Health Management,PHM)構(gòu)建方案。在分析PHM內(nèi)涵和功能的基礎(chǔ)上,從數(shù)據(jù)信息維、模型維和生命周期維3個維度研究了PHM系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),采用開放式PHM架構(gòu)方式,建立了基于視情維修的電子裝備PHM體系結(jié)構(gòu),并對其系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)技術(shù)進行了探討。通過對某型裝備模擬訓練與仿真測試系統(tǒng)PHM策略的設(shè)計,驗證了所提方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the concept of independent support and improve the comprehensive support ability of electronic equipment, a scheme of electronic equipment prediction and health management based on situational maintenance is proposed. On the basis of analyzing the connotation and function of PHM, this paper studies the structure of PHM system from three dimensions: data information dimension, model dimension and lifecycle dimension. The PHM architecture of electronic equipment based on situational maintenance is established by using open PHM architecture. The realization technology of the system is also discussed. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified by the design of PHM strategy for a certain equipment simulation training and simulation testing system.
