無創(chuàng)血糖近浮動基準(zhǔn)參考測量方法的仿體實驗驗證

【摘要】:在近紅外無創(chuàng)血糖測量中,由葡萄糖引起的信號變化十分微弱,極易受到人體背景、測量儀器、周圍環(huán)境等變化的影響,限制了無創(chuàng)血糖檢測的精度。針對這個問題,提出應(yīng)用浮動基準(zhǔn)位置理論進(jìn)行背景變異的校正。但是由于個體的差異性與人體環(huán)境的復(fù)雜多變性,浮動基準(zhǔn)位置會因人而異。通過對人體手掌三層皮膚模型進(jìn)行蒙特卡洛模擬,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在1 000~1 700nm近紅外波段的浮動基準(zhǔn)位置基本處于距光源徑向距離2mm附近。為了提高浮動基準(zhǔn)位置理論在不同人體之間的適用性,提出了一種近浮動基準(zhǔn)參考測量方法,即以徑向距離2mm處作為參考位置進(jìn)行背景干擾的修正,并通過仿體實驗驗證其效果。選取與人體手掌皮膚模型的浮動基準(zhǔn)位置較為接近的2%和3%濃度的Intralipid仿體溶液進(jìn)行實驗。實驗結(jié)果表明近浮動基準(zhǔn)修正法可以消減光源漂移對測量結(jié)果的影響,提高數(shù)據(jù)的重復(fù)性和穩(wěn)定性;同時通過對不同葡萄糖含量的2%和3%濃度的Intralipid溶液進(jìn)行多次漫反射信號采集并建立葡萄糖濃度預(yù)測模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)修正后的回歸模型的預(yù)測均方根誤差(RMSEP)分別降低了38.51%~79.98%和29.72%~52.22%,說明該方法能夠比較有效地消除兩個測量位置處共同的背景干擾,提高校正模型的預(yù)測精度。仿體實驗驗證的結(jié)果,為下一步近浮動基準(zhǔn)參考測量方法的在體測量提供了有力的支撐。
[Abstract]:In the near infrared noninvasive blood glucose measurement, the signal caused by glucose is very weak, which is easily affected by the changes of human background, measuring instruments and surrounding environment, which limits the accuracy of noninvasive blood glucose detection. In order to solve this problem, the theory of floating datum position is proposed to correct the background variation. However, due to the diversity of individuals and the complex variability of human environment, the position of floating datum varies from person to person. By Monte Carlo simulation of a three-layer skin model of the human palm, it is found that the floating reference position in the near infrared band of 1 000 700nm is basically near the radial distance from the light source 2mm. In order to improve the applicability of the theory of floating reference position between different human bodies, a near floating reference measurement method is proposed, in which the radial distance 2mm is used as the reference position to correct the background interference. The effect was verified by body-imitating experiment. The experiments were carried out with 2% and 3% concentrations of Intralipid mimic solution, which was close to the floating datum position of the human palm skin model. The experimental results show that the near floating datum correction method can reduce the influence of light source drift on the measurement results and improve the repeatability and stability of the data. At the same time, the Intralipid solution with 2% and 3% glucose content was collected by multiple diffuse reflectance signals and the prediction model of glucose concentration was established. It is found that the RMS EPs of the modified regression model are reduced by 38.51% and 29.722%, respectively, indicating that this method can effectively eliminate the common background interference at the two measuring positions and improve the prediction accuracy of the correction model. The results of simulation experiment provide a strong support for the in vivo measurement of near floating reference measurement method.
