【摘要】：醫(yī)用壓力襪是一種預(yù)防和治療靜脈曲張的功能產(chǎn)品,采用醫(yī)用壓力襪要取得好的療效,必須根據(jù)病人的腿部尺寸信息進(jìn)行腿部體型分析,從而定制相應(yīng)規(guī)格的壓力襪。但是國內(nèi)企業(yè)提供的醫(yī)用壓力襪號(hào)型選擇規(guī)格少,因此許多病人實(shí)際所需壓力襪尺碼與市面上所能提供的壓力襪尺碼不相符,從而嚴(yán)重影響治療效果。針對(duì)這種情況,在協(xié)助企業(yè)計(jì)劃提供更多壓力襪號(hào)型的前提下,本文開發(fā)一套可以準(zhǔn)確地實(shí)現(xiàn)人體腿部尺寸的精確測(cè)量,并能根據(jù)人體腿部尺寸自動(dòng)推薦壓力襪號(hào)型的系統(tǒng)。 本文首先對(duì)大量的人體腿部數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析研究,提取出11個(gè)人體腿部的重要特征部位,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)人體腿部進(jìn)行了分類,計(jì)算出各個(gè)腿型的特征部位的尺寸,并建立了壓力襪號(hào)型規(guī)格庫；其次,以三維掃描測(cè)量原理為基礎(chǔ),開發(fā)了人體腿部尺寸測(cè)量的硬件系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)腿部尺寸的精確測(cè)量,并根據(jù)需要編寫了相應(yīng)的尺寸提取程序；最后在對(duì)號(hào)型歸檔算法進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,使用VC++編寫了號(hào)型自動(dòng)歸檔系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了號(hào)型歸檔數(shù)字化。
[Abstract]:The medical pressure socks is a kind of function product to prevent and treat varicose veins. In order to obtain good curative effect, the medical pressure socks must be analyzed according to the patient's leg size information, so as to customize the corresponding specifications of the pressure socks. However, the selection specifications of the size of medical pressure socks provided by domestic enterprises are few, so the actual size of pressure socks required by many patients is not in accordance with the size of pressure socks available in the market, which seriously affects the therapeutic effect. In view of this situation, on the premise of assisting the enterprise plan to provide more pressure socks size, this paper develops a system that can accurately measure the human leg size and can automatically recommend the pressure socks size according to the human leg size. In this paper, a large number of human leg data are firstly analyzed and studied, and 11 important characteristic parts of human leg are extracted. On this basis, the human leg is classified and the size of the characteristic parts of each leg type is calculated. Secondly, based on the principle of three-dimensional scanning measurement, the hardware system of leg size measurement is developed to realize the accurate measurement of leg size, and the corresponding size extraction program is written according to the need. Finally, on the basis of the research on the size filing algorithm, the automatic size archiving system is programmed with VC to realize the digitization of the size archiving.
