鍋爐汽包焊接激光智能對(duì)中配對(duì)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著智能制造的發(fā)展與普及,為數(shù)字化車間、數(shù)字化工廠建設(shè)提供了有力的基礎(chǔ)條件。在鍋爐制造行業(yè)中鍋爐汽包筒節(jié)的對(duì)接焊接占據(jù)著十分重要的地位,而筒節(jié)內(nèi)徑的測量是能達(dá)到最佳焊接狀態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)。激光智能對(duì)中測量再加以智能配對(duì)方法的應(yīng)用,較以往的測量筒節(jié)內(nèi)徑的方法可以解決有關(guān)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效益等關(guān)鍵性生產(chǎn)參數(shù)無法精確測量的問題,為提高生產(chǎn)效益、保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供了強(qiáng)有力的手段。 本文采用非接觸式的激光測量方法,有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)汽包筒節(jié)內(nèi)徑的精確、快速、穩(wěn)定的多次測量,并能同步的將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送出去;結(jié)合了機(jī)械測量技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了測量系統(tǒng)的軸向定長行走、同軸定心、旋轉(zhuǎn)定位、掃描測量;采用了無線通信傳輸技術(shù)避免繞線帶來的諸多不便。系統(tǒng)不僅能夠方面快捷實(shí)時(shí)的測量出汽包筒節(jié)內(nèi)徑,而且能夠迅速有效地完成配對(duì)。滿足數(shù)字化車間智能制造自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的要求。 本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外對(duì)于大孔徑內(nèi)徑測量方法的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及我國現(xiàn)有技術(shù)的瓶頸,在鍋爐制造中的不足;然后設(shè)計(jì)出一種運(yùn)用激光非接觸式的方法,測量鍋爐筒節(jié)內(nèi)徑的測量系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,測量精度高,能準(zhǔn)確地旋轉(zhuǎn)定位。設(shè)計(jì)了實(shí)時(shí)可靠的測量系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)傳感器掃描、無線通訊、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)等功能。系統(tǒng)的功能是利用ARM芯片和C語言程序開發(fā),來實(shí)現(xiàn)該測量系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)與軟件程序的開發(fā),并且采用ZigBee無線通訊技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)有效的將所測得的數(shù)據(jù)傳給上位機(jī),避免數(shù)據(jù)采集時(shí)的繞線干擾。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of intelligent manufacturing, it provides a powerful foundation for the construction of digital workshop and digital factory. In the boiler manufacturing industry, the butt welding of the boiler drum segment occupies a very important position, and the measurement of the inner diameter of the cylinder joint is the basis to achieve the best welding state. The application of intelligent laser measurement and intelligent pairing method can solve the problem that the key production parameters such as product quality and production benefit can not be accurately measured, in order to improve the production benefit. Ensuring the quality of the product provides a powerful means. In this paper, a non-contact laser measurement method is used to effectively realize accurate, fast and stable multiple measurements of the inner diameter of the cylinder knots, and the data can be sent out synchronously. The measurement system is realized by axial alignment, coaxial centering, rotating positioning, scanning measurement, and wireless communication transmission technology is adopted to avoid the inconvenience caused by wire winding. The system can not only measure the inner diameter of drum knots in real time, but also complete the matching quickly and effectively. To meet the digital workshop intelligent manufacturing automation production requirements. This paper first introduces the present situation of domestic and international research on the measurement method of large aperture inner diameter, and the bottleneck of the existing technology in our country, and the deficiency in boiler manufacture, then designs a non-contact method using laser. The measuring system for measuring the inner diameter of boiler tube is simple in structure, high in measuring accuracy and accurate in rotation and positioning. A real-time and reliable measuring system is designed to realize the functions of sensor scanning, wireless communication, motor driving and so on. The function of the system is to realize the hardware design and software development of the measurement system by using ARM chip and C language program, and to transmit the measured data to the host computer in real time and effectively by using the ZigBee wireless communication technology. Avoid wire-winding interference in data acquisition.
