光電振蕩器中鎖相環(huán)和注入鎖定技術的比較和優(yōu)化

【摘要】:分析比較了基于鎖相環(huán)技術和基于注入鎖定技術的兩種光電振蕩器的特性,推導了兩種光電振蕩器的噪聲傳遞函數(shù),并進行了實驗驗證,得出了這兩種技術應用于光電振蕩器的相似性和各自的優(yōu)缺點.由于光纖對溫度的高敏感性,采用這兩種技術的光電振蕩器都存在著易失鎖的問題.為解決這一問題,分別分析了兩種光電振蕩器輸出信號與參考信號間的相位關系,基于此關系設計了鎖定狀態(tài)監(jiān)測和反饋系統(tǒng),并實驗驗證了系統(tǒng)的有效性.
[Abstract]:The characteristics of two kinds of optoelectronic oscillators based on phase-locked loop technology and injection locking technique are analyzed and compared. The noise transfer function of two kinds of optoelectronic oscillators is derived and verified by experiments.The similarities, advantages and disadvantages of the two techniques applied to the optoelectronic oscillator are obtained.Because of the high sensitivity of optical fiber to temperature, the optoelectronic oscillator using these two techniques is easy to be locked.In order to solve this problem, the phase relationship between the output signal and reference signal of two kinds of optoelectronic oscillator is analyzed, based on which the locked state monitoring and feedback system is designed, and the effectiveness of the system is verified by experiments.
