高精度數(shù)據(jù)采集電路設(shè)計(jì)及通道交叉干擾分析

【摘要】:為滿足多路遠(yuǎn)距離電流信號(hào)高精度采樣的需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于FPGA的高精度多通道數(shù)據(jù)采集存儲(chǔ)電路。分析了測(cè)量電路各模塊誤差產(chǎn)生的原因,用電路等效理論推導(dǎo)了多通道采集時(shí)通道間交叉干擾引入的測(cè)量誤差,從設(shè)計(jì)角度出發(fā),提出了減小誤差提高測(cè)量精度的方法。對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的多通道采集電路進(jìn)行了多次測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,采集電路可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)8路4 m A~20 m A電流信號(hào)高精度采集測(cè)量,測(cè)量精度優(yōu)于0.1%。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the demand of high precision sampling of multi-channel remote current signal, a high-precision multi-channel data acquisition and storage circuit based on FPGA is designed.In this paper, the causes of the errors in various modules of the measuring circuit are analyzed, and the measurement errors caused by the cross-interference between channels in multi-channel acquisition are deduced by using the circuit equivalent theory. From the point of view of design, a method to reduce the errors and improve the measurement accuracy is put forward.Many tests are carried out on the designed multi-channel acquisition circuit. The test results show that the acquisition circuit can realize the high precision acquisition and measurement of 8 channels of 4mA20 Ma current signal, and the measuring accuracy is better than 0.1.
