卡爾曼濾波在iBeacon室內定位系統(tǒng)中的應用

【摘要】:為了抑制iBeacon信號在傳播過程中由于人員擾動、多徑效應等引起的噪聲,以及移動定位過程中定位結果的不穩(wěn)定,在iBeacon室內定位系統(tǒng)中引入了卡爾曼濾波算法分別對采集到的iBeacon信號與移動定位結果進行處理。首先通過卡爾曼濾波對采集的信號進行處理,降低了信號噪聲,提高了信號的質量,其次應用卡爾曼濾波對移動定位結果進行二次處理,提高了移動定位結果的穩(wěn)定性與精度。實驗結果表明,在辦公室環(huán)境下采用卡爾曼濾波進行處理后可將1 m以內的定位精度提高到80%以上。
[Abstract]:In order to suppress the noise caused by human disturbance and multipath effect in the process of iBeacon signal propagation, as well as the instability of localization results in the process of mobile location, The Kalman filter algorithm is introduced into the iBeacon indoor positioning system to process the collected iBeacon signal and the mobile location result respectively. Firstly, the signal is processed by Kalman filter to reduce the signal noise. The signal quality is improved. Secondly, the stability and accuracy of the mobile location results are improved by using Kalman filter. The experimental results show that, By using Kalman filter in office environment, the positioning accuracy of less than 1 m can be increased to more than 80%.
