多通道半導體激光器溫控系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:研制了一種板級多通道半導體激光器溫控系統(tǒng),將其應用于混合氣體檢測中可實現(xiàn)同時對多個半導體激光器溫度的控制.該系統(tǒng)硬件上由多通道溫度采集模塊、數(shù)字信號處理器模塊、半導體制冷器(TEC)和TEC控制模塊組成.軟件上采用時間片輪轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)度算法和積分分離式數(shù)字比例積分微分算法,實現(xiàn)了對多個半導體激光器溫度的實時、精確控制.為了測試系統(tǒng)的性能,利用該系統(tǒng)同時控制中心波長為1.65μm和1.56μm的可調(diào)諧分布反饋激光器的溫度,進行了溫度控制實驗并測試了兩個激光器的發(fā)光光譜.實驗結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)可以實現(xiàn)對兩個激光器溫度的同時控制,溫控精度為-0.011~0.015℃,響應時間小于3s.對溫控系統(tǒng)的工作穩(wěn)定性進行了測試,兩個激光器連續(xù)工作6h,其工作溫度保持恒定.連續(xù)10h測試兩個激光器的輸出光譜,輸出波長的峰值未出現(xiàn)偏移.該溫控系統(tǒng)體積小、成本低、便于集成且穩(wěn)定可靠,在混合氣體檢測中有良好的應用前景.
[Abstract]:A temperature control system for multichannel semiconductor lasers at board level is developed. The temperature control of multiple semiconductor lasers can be realized simultaneously when it is applied to the detection of mixed gases. The hardware of the system is composed of a multi-channel temperature acquisition module. Digital signal processor (DSP) module, semiconductor refrigerator (TEC) and TEC control module are used in the software. Time slice rotation scheduling algorithm and integral separation digital proportional integral differential algorithm are used to realize the real-time temperature of multiple semiconductor lasers. Precise control. In order to test the performance of the system, the temperature of tunable distributed feedback lasers with central wavelengths of 1.65 渭 m and 1.56 渭 m is controlled simultaneously.
