【摘要】：最大熵遷移率譜分析方法是用于研究和獲得材料電學(xué)參數(shù)一種測(cè)試手段。它克服了傳統(tǒng)的固定磁場(chǎng)霍爾測(cè)量方法的缺點(diǎn),可以獲得更多更準(zhǔn)確的電學(xué)信息。本文介紹了最大熵遷移率譜分析方法的基本原理和特點(diǎn),論述了最大熵遷移率譜分析方法的發(fā)展與應(yīng)用,最后展望了最大熵遷移率譜分析方法的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:The maximum entropy mobility spectrum analysis method is used to study and obtain the electrical parameters of materials. It overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional Hall measurement method of fixed magnetic field. More and more accurate electrical information can be obtained. In this paper, the basic principle and characteristics of the maximum entropy mobility spectrum analysis method are introduced, and the development and application of the maximum entropy mobility spectrum analysis method are discussed. Finally, the application prospect of the maximum entropy mobility spectrum analysis method is prospected.
