【摘要】：異質集成技術是微系統(tǒng)的核心技術,分為混合異質集成技術和單片異質集成技術。單片異質集成技術因具有較高的集成度,逐漸成為研究熱點。從兩個方面介紹了微系統(tǒng)中單片異質集成技術的研究現(xiàn)狀和進展。在微電子器件方面,主要發(fā)展方向為Ⅲ-Ⅴ族和Si基CMOS電子器件的單片異質集成;在光電子、MEMS器件方面,主要發(fā)展方向為Ⅲ-Ⅴ族光電器件、Si基CMOS電子器件和MEMS器件等的單片異質集成。最后,總結出異質集成技術面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和丞待解決的問題。
