【摘要】：開展了雙光束中紅外光學參量振蕩器(OPO)的偏振合成實驗研究,數(shù)值分析討論了偏振合成過程中單元光束束腰半徑和系統(tǒng)低階像差對合成光光束質量的影響。在此基礎上,最終實現(xiàn)了10 W3.78μm中紅外激光的穩(wěn)定輸出。與此同時,利用刀口法對偏振合成前后單元光束及合成光束的光束質量分別進行了測量。結果表明:合成光光束質量達到1.2。
[Abstract]:The experimental study on polarization synthesis of infrared optical parametric oscillator (OPO) in two beams is carried out. The effects of beam waist radius of unit beam and system low order aberration on the beam quality are numerically analyzed and discussed. Finally, the stable output of 10W3.78 渭 m mid-infrared laser is achieved. At the same time, the beam quality of unit beam and synthetic beam before and after polarization synthesis is measured by knife edge method. The results show that the beam quality of synthetic light reaches 1.2.
