催化劑輸送管道故障紅外在線監(jiān)測分析方法研究

【摘要】:伴隨著深化經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革進(jìn)程所帶來的國富民強(qiáng),煉化廠在我國如雨后春筍般遍地盛開。因此催化管路在生產(chǎn)過程中擔(dān)任的角色更重,分量更足。而由于催化劑顆粒狀的狀態(tài)和高溫高速輸送的特點,催化劑管道的監(jiān)測變得尤為重要。而尋求簡便快捷操作易行的檢測方法就變成了重中之重,對于生產(chǎn)安全有著不可磨滅的功勞。 本文引入了紅外圖像監(jiān)測的思路,介紹了國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和基本技術(shù)指標(biāo)。隨后本文介紹了課題的特殊性,,根據(jù)實際情況確定了所用紅外熱像儀,了解了該熱像儀的技術(shù)規(guī)格,對熱像儀的監(jiān)測特點,精確測溫技術(shù),DDE成像細(xì)節(jié)處理等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)做了詳細(xì)介紹。接下來本文對于圖像處理算法進(jìn)行了學(xué)習(xí)研究,從傅式變換與離散余弦變換開始了解圖像處理的基本知識,掌握基本圖像處理技巧。本文對于灰度直方圖進(jìn)行了大致介紹,對圖像平滑化處理中的各種方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹,重點研究了同態(tài)濾波處理方法。接下來本文又深入了解了圖像尖銳化處理方法,對微分算子處理方法進(jìn)行細(xì)致介紹,對Canny算子算法做了重點研究。本文對圖像分割技術(shù)也做了詳細(xì)介紹,對不同的閾值分割方法的處理效果和相應(yīng)特點進(jìn)行了對比。 在完成論文的過程當(dāng)中,在現(xiàn)場完成了紅外監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的搭建和圖像采集。對于采集圖像進(jìn)行了篩選,對不同處理算法通過軟件編程進(jìn)行實現(xiàn)。確定了以灰度變換為基礎(chǔ),同態(tài)濾波、微分算子邊緣檢測與圖像分割相結(jié)合的處理方案。處理效果較為良好,對于肉眼不可見的管路內(nèi)部受損位置的判斷較為準(zhǔn)確,具有很強(qiáng)的實際應(yīng)用意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the economic system reform process brought about by the prosperity of the country, refining plants in our country like bamboo shoots everywhere, so catalytic pipeline in the production process plays a more important role. Because of the granular state of catalyst and the characteristics of high temperature and high speed transportation, the monitoring of catalyst pipeline becomes particularly important. There is indelible credit for production safety. This paper introduces the idea of infrared image monitoring, introduces the domestic and foreign development status and basic technical indicators. Then, this paper introduces the particularity of the subject, and determines the infrared thermal imager according to the actual situation. Understand the technical specifications of the thermal imager, the monitoring characteristics of the thermal imager, accurate temperature measurement technology. DDE imaging detail processing and other key technologies are introduced in detail. Secondly, the image processing algorithm is studied in this paper, starting from the Fourier transform and discrete cosine transform to understand the basic knowledge of image processing. Master the basic image processing skills. This paper gives a general introduction to the gray histogram, and describes the various methods of image smoothing in detail. The homomorphic filter processing method is mainly studied. Then, the image sharpening method is deeply understood in this paper, and the differential operator processing method is introduced in detail. This paper also introduces the image segmentation technology in detail, and compares the processing effect and the corresponding characteristics of different threshold segmentation methods. In the process of completing the thesis, the infrared monitoring system and image acquisition are completed in the field. Different processing algorithms are implemented by software programming. The processing scheme based on gray level transformation, homomorphic filtering, differential operator edge detection and image segmentation is determined. The processing effect is good. The judgment of the damaged position in the invisible pipeline is more accurate and has a strong practical significance.
