【摘要】:微波濾波器作為無線通信系統(tǒng)中關(guān)鍵性器件,對其設(shè)計(jì)理論的研究,一直伴隨著微波通信技術(shù)和通信系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展。步入信息時(shí)代以來,無線通信的發(fā)展邁上了一個(gè)新的臺階;通信頻率在不斷提高,空間電磁環(huán)境趨于復(fù)雜,而且隨著移動通信終端如移動電話的普及,以及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的推進(jìn),全面考驗(yàn)著通信系統(tǒng)和通信備。而微波濾波器的性能往往影響著整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的信號傳輸質(zhì)量,這使得對于微波濾波器的要求趨于嚴(yán)苛,需要其體積更小、頻率選擇性更高、帶內(nèi)插損和回波損耗更小等。這給濾波器設(shè)計(jì)帶來了難度。而采用耦合矩陣綜合的方法,可以根據(jù)期望構(gòu)建濾波器,設(shè)計(jì)過程清晰、便捷、快速且準(zhǔn)確。此外,基于前期的數(shù)學(xué)分析計(jì)算,使得在設(shè)計(jì)后期的調(diào)試工作量明顯減少。而交叉耦合的引進(jìn),能在特定頻點(diǎn)引入傳輸零點(diǎn),并使濾波器的性能得到大幅度提高,并減小其體積。本文主要針對廣義切比雪夫?yàn)V波器的設(shè)計(jì)的整個(gè)過程加以分析,做出以下工作:一、介紹濾波器的基本概念和微波濾波器的基本理論,通過引入二端口網(wǎng)絡(luò)矩陣,從數(shù)學(xué)上分析濾波器的頻率響應(yīng)和各項(xiàng)參數(shù)指標(biāo),介紹切比雪夫?yàn)V波器的低通原型和低通原型到帶通濾波器的頻率變換方法。二、引入廣義切比雪夫?yàn)V波器的綜合理論,并詳細(xì)推導(dǎo)"N×N”和“N+2”耦合矩陣的綜合過程,包括特征多項(xiàng)式的求解;耦合矩陣的提。灰约巴?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的選用和耦合矩陣的化簡。并采用Matlab對以上整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行編程,實(shí)現(xiàn)耦合矩陣綜合的程序化,大大簡化了設(shè)計(jì)過程中理論計(jì)算。三、基于廣義切比雪夫?yàn)V波器的基礎(chǔ)理論,引入并分析雙通帶濾波器耦合矩陣的綜合。通過頻率變換法,推導(dǎo)了傳統(tǒng)對稱雙通帶濾波器耦合矩陣;外加零點(diǎn)式對稱雙通帶濾波器耦合矩陣;以及非對稱雙通帶濾波器耦合矩陣的綜合設(shè)計(jì)。并對整個(gè)過程實(shí)現(xiàn)編程設(shè)計(jì)。四、在總結(jié)以上理論的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)并分析了基于“N+2”耦合矩陣的雙通帶濾波器,并采用ADS (Advanced Design System)和Ansoft HFSS軟件對設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行模擬和優(yōu)化。最后,設(shè)計(jì)一款廣義切比雪夫雙通通濾波器,從而驗(yàn)證相關(guān)理論的正確性。
[Abstract]:Microwave filter is the key device in wireless communication system. The research of its design theory has been accompanied by the development of microwave communication technology and communication system. The development of wireless communication has reached a new level; With the increasing of communication frequency, the space electromagnetic environment tends to be complex, and with the popularity of mobile communication terminals such as mobile phones, and the advance of Internet of things technology. The performance of microwave filter often affects the signal transmission quality of the whole system, which makes the requirements of microwave filter become more stringent, and the size of microwave filter is smaller. The frequency selectivity is higher, the band interpolation loss and the echo loss are smaller, which brings difficulty to the filter design. The coupling matrix synthesis method can construct the filter according to the expectation, the design process is clear and convenient. In addition, based on the previous mathematical analysis and calculation, the debugging work in the late design period is obviously reduced, while the cross-coupling introduction can introduce transmission 00:00 at a specific frequency point. The performance of the filter is greatly improved and its volume is reduced. In this paper, the whole design process of the generalized Chebyshev filter is analyzed, and the following work is done: 1. The basic concept of filter and the basic theory of microwave filter are introduced. By introducing the two-port network matrix, the frequency response and parameters of the filter are analyzed mathematically. The low pass prototype of Chebyshev filter and the frequency conversion method from low pass prototype to bandpass filter are introduced. Secondly, the synthesis theory of generalized Chebyshev filter is introduced. The synthesis process of "N 脳 N" and "N _ 2" coupling matrix is deduced in detail, including the solution of characteristic polynomial. Extraction of coupling matrix; And the selection of topological structure and the simplification of coupling matrix. The whole design process is programmed by Matlab to realize the programming of coupling matrix synthesis. It greatly simplifies the theoretical calculation in the design process. Thirdly, based on the basic theory of generalized Chebyshev filter, the coupling matrix synthesis of double pass band filter is introduced and analyzed. The coupling matrix of traditional symmetric double pass band filter is derived. Coupled matrix of 00:00 symmetric double pass band filter; And asymmetric double pass band filter coupling matrix synthesis design. And the entire process of programming design. 4, on the basis of summing up the above theory. A dual-pass band filter based on "N2" coupling matrix is designed and analyzed. ADS Advanced Design system and Ansoft HFSS software are used to simulate and optimize the design. Finally. A generalized Chebyshev double pass filter is designed to verify the correctness of the related theory.
