信息流優(yōu)化在電子商務(wù)中的應(yīng)用

全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入信息經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)初露端倪。隨著以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)為核心的信息技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,國(guó)際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在全球的應(yīng)用和普及,一種嶄新的商務(wù)模式——電子商務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并在全球發(fā)展和推廣。電子商務(wù)就是利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),主要是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)來(lái)進(jìn)行商務(wù)活動(dòng),是二十世紀(jì)末隨著Internet的迅速發(fā)展而產(chǎn)生的新型商務(wù)形態(tài)。電子商務(wù)主要由物流、商流和信息流組成,其中信息流最重要,它是物流和商流流轉(zhuǎn)的基礎(chǔ),能在更高的層次上對(duì)整個(gè)商務(wù)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行制約和監(jiān)督。電子商務(wù)的順利進(jìn)行,必須以正確及時(shí)地傳遞各種所必需的信息,保證信息流的順暢為前提。淺析淺析傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)過(guò)程中信息流存在的不足,找出其中影響信息流順暢的各種因素,對(duì)電子商務(wù)信息流涉及的相關(guān)環(huán)節(jié)加以?xún)?yōu)化,保證電子商務(wù)信息流的通暢,發(fā)揮電子商務(wù)處理信息及時(shí)高效的優(yōu)勢(shì),增加企業(yè)自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,推動(dòng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步。 本文共分五章: 第一章 電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化的目的及意 義。本章分三部分。第一部分闡述了信息資源在生產(chǎn)中的意 義,第二部分闡述了電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化的目的與意 義,第三部分闡述本文所要討論的范圍,即電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化目前面臨的主要不足及解決思路。 第二章 電子商務(wù)及信息流淺析淺析。本章分六部分。第一部分簡(jiǎn)要介紹電子商務(wù),,第二部分闡述電子商務(wù)對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)的優(yōu)勢(shì),第三部分闡述了信息流對(duì)電子商務(wù)的影響,第四部分對(duì)傳統(tǒng)信息流的形態(tài)和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行淺析淺析,第五部分闡述了信息流在電子商務(wù)條件下的特點(diǎn),第六部分對(duì)傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)信息流和電子商 吉林大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文務(wù)信息流進(jìn)行比較淺析淺析,加深讀者的理解。 第三章信息流優(yōu)化淺析淺析。本章分四部分闡述如何使信息流優(yōu)化。第一企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,第二企業(yè)流程重組,第三電子商務(wù)信息安全,最后完善信息管理體制。 第四章電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化模型。本章分三部分討論了電子商務(wù)信息流優(yōu)化模型。第一是企業(yè)內(nèi)部信息流優(yōu)化模型,第二是企業(yè)外部信息流優(yōu)化模型,第三是企業(yè)內(nèi)外信息流程優(yōu)化模型的組合。 第五章電子商務(wù)實(shí)例模型淺析淺析。本章分兩部分。本章對(duì)電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用通用模型進(jìn)行了淺析淺析,并針對(duì)福布斯商務(wù)網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行了淺析淺析,首先介紹福布斯商務(wù)網(wǎng)站的概況,然后淺析淺析了福布斯網(wǎng)站資源結(jié)構(gòu),使讀者對(duì)電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用有更深層次的認(rèn)識(shí)。 本文的結(jié)論是:電子商務(wù)作為一種新的經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行方式,其發(fā)展受到人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的關(guān)注。電子商務(wù)依托信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)互連技術(shù),轉(zhuǎn)變了傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。在電子商務(wù)活動(dòng)中,信息流是商務(wù)活動(dòng)的中心,通過(guò)對(duì)電子商務(wù)信息流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,解決電子商務(wù)運(yùn)作過(guò)程中信息流不足,實(shí)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)信息資源的有效管理,構(gòu)筑出適應(yīng)信息時(shí)代電子商務(wù)高效運(yùn)行的信息流模型。

【Abstract】 As the global economy is entering into information economy era, the knowledge economy has just appeared for a short time. With the development of information technology centering on computer network and pervasiveness of Internet application, a kind of new commerce model _ Electronic Commerce (EC) brings out, develops and rapidly expands in the world. E-commerce is a new-type commercial which utilize modern information technology mainly internet technology to carry on the commercial activity, came forth with rapid development of internet at the end of the 20th century. E-commerce is made up mainly by material flow business flow and information flow, among them information flow which is the foundation that material flow and business flow circulate is the most important and controls and supervises to the whole commercial activity at high level. The precondition of smooth development of e- commerce must be by transmitting various kinds essential information correctly and in time. The goal of the disquisition is to analyze information flow existing problem in the traditional business procedure to find out various kinds of factor influencing information flow among them, to optimize relevant link that the information flow of e-commerce, to guarantee smoothness of information flow of e- commerce, to exert the advantage of processing information in high- efficient and in time of e -commerce, to increase enterprises’ own competitiveness and to accelerate the development and progress of enterprise.This thesis consists of five chapters:Chapter I, the purpose and signification of information optimization in E-business. There are three sections in this chapter. The signification of information source for production is described in the first section. The purpose and signification of information flow optimization in E-business are described in the4second section. What is described in the third section is an overview of this thesis, \暬mainly about current main problems faced by information flow optimization in E-business and how to do with them.Chapter II, the analysis of E-business and information flow. There are six sections in this chapter. A brief introduction on E-business is described in the first section. The advantage about E-business to traditional business is described in the second section. The influence on E-business from information flow is described in the third section. An analysis on the form and trait of information flow in the traditional business is described in the fourth section. The trait of information flow ?in the E-business is described in the fifth section. In order to make readers further?understand it, a comparing analysis of information flow between traditional business and E-business is described in the sixth section.Chapter III, analysis on information flow optimization. There are four sections in this chapter. Adjusting the enterprise’ structure is described in the first section. Recombining the enterprise’ information flow is described in the second section. In the third section information security is described. In the last, perfecting information management system is discussed.Chapter IV, the model of information flow optimization in E-business. Wedivide this chapter into three sections in order to discuss the model of information flow optimization in E-business. In the first section the model of information flow optimization in the inner of an enterprise is discussed. In the second section the model of information flow optimization in the outer of an enterprise is discussed. In the third section, the combination of the inner and outer information flow optimization in an enterprise is discussed.Chapter V a real model analysis of E-business. This chapter consists two parts. We analyze the universal E-business model and take The Forbes as an example to discuss details. Fist we introduce the Forbes’ general situation, and then analyze the Forbes’ source structure to make readers further learn the Forbes.The conclusion of this thesis: As a
