【摘要】：針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)粒子濾波存在的粒子枯竭問(wèn)題,提出一種基于自適應(yīng)差分進(jìn)化的粒子濾波算法。利用自適應(yīng)差分進(jìn)化算法代替粒子濾波中的重采樣策略來(lái)產(chǎn)生新粒子,使粒子向狀態(tài)后驗(yàn)概率密度函數(shù)的高似然區(qū)移動(dòng),同時(shí)提高粒子的多樣性。通過(guò)一種非線性自適應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)策略自適應(yīng)地調(diào)整變異因子和交叉因子,以提高改進(jìn)粒子濾波中差分進(jìn)化的尋優(yōu)能力。應(yīng)用于多徑估計(jì)的仿真結(jié)果表明,該算法可克服粒子枯竭問(wèn)題,與粒子濾波、擴(kuò)展卡爾曼濾波和差分進(jìn)化的粒子濾波算法相比,具有更好的多徑估計(jì)性能。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of particle depletion in traditional particle filtering, a particle filter algorithm based on adaptive differential evolution is proposed, which uses adaptive differential evolution algorithm to replace the resampling strategy in particle filter to produce new particles. The particles are moved to the high likelihood region of the posteriori probability density function and the diversity of the particles is improved. The variation factor and the crossover factor are adaptively adjusted by a nonlinear adaptive adjustment strategy. The simulation results of multi-path estimation show that the algorithm can overcome the particle depletion problem and particle filter. Compared with the differential evolution particle filter, the extended Kalman filter has better performance of multipath estimation.
