【摘要】:可調(diào)諧半導(dǎo)體激光器吸收光譜技術(shù)(TDLAS)是一種應(yīng)用廣泛的氣體傳感技術(shù),利用該項(xiàng)技術(shù)對(duì)甲烷氣體的探測(cè)也有了很好的發(fā)展。本課題結(jié)合了TDLAS技術(shù)和散射介質(zhì)內(nèi)的光傳播問題,利用多散射介質(zhì)內(nèi)的氣體吸收光譜技術(shù)(GASMAS)對(duì)甲烷氣體在多孔散射介質(zhì)材料中的吸收問題展開了相應(yīng)的研究。本課題的研究工作包括,使用安置了氧化鋁粉末燒結(jié)制成的散射材料的小型氣室,結(jié)合基于高速數(shù)據(jù)采集卡的輸入輸出控制設(shè)備,搭建一整套結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的甲烷氣體光學(xué)測(cè)量系統(tǒng),研究了多孔散射介質(zhì)內(nèi)的甲烷氣體的吸收光譜。對(duì)于甲烷氣體的測(cè)量,我們選用了DFB激光器,并且經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,在15℃的工作溫度,60 mA的中心驅(qū)動(dòng)電流的條件下,輸出符合我們預(yù)期的掃過甲烷氣體在近紅外波段吸收峰的,中心波長(zhǎng)為1653.7 nm的激光;采用了幅值為75mV的調(diào)制信號(hào),使計(jì)算得到的二次諧波信號(hào)達(dá)到最優(yōu)化;使用了傅里葉變換結(jié)合Levenberg-Marquardt最優(yōu)化擬合算法對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果信號(hào)進(jìn)行后處理及分析;谏鲜鲅芯,我們使得實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的線性相關(guān)度達(dá)到0.998,實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的最優(yōu)靈敏度在積分時(shí)長(zhǎng)為120秒時(shí)達(dá)到9.13ppm。而對(duì)于多散射介質(zhì)的甲烷氣體交換特性的研究顯示,本系統(tǒng)的氣體交換過程時(shí)間為13秒左右,表明本測(cè)量系統(tǒng)具有較好的氣體交換特性。
[Abstract]:Tunable semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (TDLAS) is a widely used gas sensing technology. The use of this technology to detect methane gas has also made a good development. This subject combines TDLAS technology and light propagation in scattering media. Gas absorption spectroscopy in multi-scattering media is used to study the absorption of methane in porous scattering media. The research work includes. A compact optical measurement system of methane gas was built by using a small gas chamber with scattered material made from alumina powder and an input and output control equipment based on high-speed data acquisition card.
