【摘要】：信息技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用越來越多,范圍越來越廣。培訓(xùn)最初被應(yīng)用在企業(yè)培訓(xùn)中,并以行為示范、現(xiàn)場培訓(xùn)、師帶徒等傳統(tǒng)形式進行。時代的不斷發(fā)展也促使著培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的變革。如今,培訓(xùn)在企業(yè)之外已被廣泛應(yīng)用到政府部門、醫(yī)院、學(xué)校等大型機構(gòu)中,其呈現(xiàn)形式也隨著新技術(shù)的加入而不斷擴展�；谛录夹g(shù)的培訓(xùn),如光盤培訓(xùn)、互動性錄像、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)培訓(xùn)等培訓(xùn)方式逐漸被各大機構(gòu)采納并設(shè)計研發(fā)出相關(guān)培訓(xùn)課程,這些培訓(xùn)課程以其特有的優(yōu)勢也逐漸被大眾所接受。在培訓(xùn)形式轉(zhuǎn)變的同時,培訓(xùn)帶來的收益及成果越來越得到重視,因此績效技術(shù)思想被引入培訓(xùn),我們期望在辛苦實施培訓(xùn)活動之后能夠得到最優(yōu)的效果,也就是培訓(xùn)的最終目的就是提高績效。因此,本文以Moodle為實現(xiàn)平臺,以大學(xué)計算機基礎(chǔ)中文件管理一節(jié)為內(nèi)容,設(shè)計出基于績效技術(shù)的電子式培訓(xùn)課程。研究的主要內(nèi)容為:一、在查閱了大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,梳理出國內(nèi)外培訓(xùn)以及電子培訓(xùn)的研究與應(yīng)用,確定本課題的研究內(nèi)容及方法。二、在建構(gòu)主義、自主學(xué)習(xí)理論等理論基礎(chǔ)的支持下,進行了培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)分析、績效分析之后,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對培訓(xùn)課程的各個模塊進行設(shè)計,并實施。三、對論文的研究成果、存在問題及后續(xù)的發(fā)展研究進行總結(jié)并展望。該培訓(xùn)課程充分利用了Moodle平臺的優(yōu)勢,打破了傳統(tǒng)課堂式教學(xué)在時間、空間上的局限,同時引入績效思想,使得培訓(xùn)效果能達到最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of information technology, the application of new technology is more and more extensive. Training is initially used in enterprise training, and conduct demonstration, on-site training. The continuous development of the times also promotes the reform of the training industry. Nowadays, training has been widely used in government departments, hospitals, schools and other large institutions outside the enterprise. With the addition of new technology, the form of presentation is expanding. Training based on new technology, such as CD-ROM training, interactive video. Internet training and other training methods have been gradually adopted by major institutions and designed to develop relevant training courses, these training courses with its unique advantages are gradually accepted by the public. At the same time, the training form changes. More and more attention has been paid to the benefits and results of the training, so the idea of performance technology has been introduced into the training, we hope to get the best results after the hard implementation of the training activities. That is, the ultimate purpose of training is to improve performance. Therefore, this paper takes Moodle as the implementation platform, and takes the file management section of the university computer foundation as the content. The main contents of the research are as follows: first, on the basis of consulting a large number of literature, combing out the domestic and foreign training and electronic training research and application. Determine the research content and methods of this topic. Second, under the support of constructivism, autonomous learning theory and other theoretical basis, the training system analysis, performance analysis. According to the results of the analysis of each module of the training course design and implementation. Third, the research results of the paper. This training course makes full use of the advantages of Moodle platform and breaks the limitations of traditional classroom teaching in time and space. At the same time, the performance thought is introduced to optimize the training effect.
