【摘要】:為了減小基準源輸出信號隨溫度變化的波動,設(shè)計了一種基于溫度曲率補償?shù)膸痘鶞孰妷涸措娐方Y(jié)構(gòu),采用負反饋箝位技術(shù),簡化了電路結(jié)構(gòu),減小了噪聲和失調(diào)誤差;同時應(yīng)用β倍增器電流源作為溫度曲率補償電路,有效降低了溫度系數(shù)。仿真結(jié)果表明,在-20~105℃范圍內(nèi),所設(shè)計的帶隙基準電壓源的溫度系數(shù)僅為0.904 ppm/℃,低頻時電源電壓抑制比為46 dB。該電路結(jié)構(gòu)可以有效地提高帶隙基準電壓源的溫度性能。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the fluctuation of reference source output signal with temperature, a bandgap voltage reference circuit structure based on temperature curvature compensation is designed. The negative feedback clamping technique is used to simplify the circuit structure. Noise and misalignment errors are reduced; At the same time, the 尾 -multiplier current source is used as the temperature curvature compensation circuit, and the temperature coefficient is reduced effectively.
