隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展,世界主要國(guó)家認(rèn)識(shí)到,由于土地資源的日益減少,重視開發(fā)海洋資源作為替代成為重中之重�？紤]到環(huán)境可持續(xù)性在這一過程中的基礎(chǔ)性作用及其可通過有效的綠色供應(yīng)鏈管理(GSCM)進(jìn)行研究,世界發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家已經(jīng)建立了大量的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施以充分積累未開發(fā)海事部門的利益。而巴基斯坦作為一個(gè)海洋國(guó)家,卻一直未能有效開發(fā)海洋資源。幾十年來,對(duì)環(huán)境可持續(xù)性和生產(chǎn)增長(zhǎng)的忽視影響了海事部門的健康發(fā)展,這又反過來阻礙該國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。雖然海運(yùn)貿(mào)易是巴基斯坦經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱,但其國(guó)內(nèi)航運(yùn)和造船業(yè)卻處于混亂狀態(tài)。因此,研究導(dǎo)致海運(yùn)業(yè)沒落的主要原因和巴基斯坦海運(yùn)業(yè)達(dá)到國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所需做出的努力和采取的措施十分必要。首先,本文通過PEST分析法,研究了巴基斯坦海事部門的基本環(huán)境。PEST分析法從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和技術(shù)四個(gè)方面提供了對(duì)相關(guān)海事部門結(jié)構(gòu)的詳細(xì)概述,這有助于理解是否有改善的空間,哪一方面更需要改善以及這樣的改善能產(chǎn)生何種程度的積極影響。其次,本文采用層次分析法(AHP)評(píng)估了最適合巴基斯坦海事部門發(fā)展綠色供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的方法,此法也有助于識(shí)別問題所在并確定更重要、影響更大的問題。PEST和AHP分析法可以確定問題及...
