基于BIM和WEB的隧道動態(tài)施工監(jiān)測信息系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Compared with the general above-ground engineering, the tunnel, as a hidden project, has been faced with a series of problems, such as complex geological bodies, difficulty in obtaining information, complicated and abstract data, and great risk in the construction process. In order to solve the above problems, this paper combines the advanced building information model (BIM), Internet of things, cloud platform and other technologies with the traditional tunnel construction concept, and independently develops the tunnel dynamic construction information system based on BIM and cloud platform. And carry on the engineering application. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the rapid parametric modeling method of tunnel BIM is studied. The tunnel family component library of IFC standard is established by Revit, and the BIM model of geological body is established by using the geological modeling program developed by ourselves. Based on the VTK dynamic link library of C # language, the establishment program of geological body BIM model is compiled independently. The 3D model data format of VTK is studied, and the format conversion between IFC and VTK is realized. through WebGL (Web Graphics Library) 3D drawing standard and graphic loading technology, the WEB display of BIM model is realized. (2) based on Visual studio and SQLsever database, A cloud platform early warning system for tunnel construction monitoring information based on C / S (Client/Server) and B / S (Browse/Server) shared mode is designed and developed. The system uses wireless remote communication technology to collect sensor information of all kinds of monitoring projects, and publishes data through WEB. Any computer and mobile client can browse the information through Internet. When the alarm exceeds the limit, the system can send alarm information to the mobile phone. In addition, the IFC expression method of tunnel monitoring information is established, and finally the construction of tunnel BIM information database based on IFC standard is completed. (3) on the basis of this research, the risk mechanism and risk factors of tunnel construction are further explored. The quantitative parameters of risk factors are designed, and the risk assessment method of tunnel construction based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is established. On the basis of the established BIM model, the risk factors and evaluation parameters are expressed based on IFC standard, and the risk management evaluation program based on BIM database is compiled. The tunnel construction information system based on BIM and cloud platform is formed. (4) the tunnel construction information system developed by ourselves is applied to Dalian Bohai Road Dadongshan Highway Tunnel and Intercity Rail Transit Jinpu Railway Tunnel. Through the BIM model expression, monitoring information cloud collection and risk assessment calculation of the key sections of the tunnel, the construction process of the tunnel is analyzed quickly, the risk is prevented and the scheme is adjusted in time, and good results are obtained. It shows that the development method and program of this system are successful and can effectively improve the safety management level of tunnel construction.
