S301改建工程底基層材料研究

【摘要】:在魯東濱海地區(qū),花崗巖風化料分布廣泛,是道路工程傳統(tǒng)的筑路材料,常被用于道路路基的填筑,或通過水泥等膠結(jié)料穩(wěn)定后用作道路基層或底基層。近年來,隨著交通量的增加和交通軸載的不斷加大,許多道路發(fā)生了路面開裂、坑槽等早期損壞現(xiàn)象,造成了較大的經(jīng)濟損失和不良的社會影響。分析花崗巖風化料的路用性能,對于區(qū)域內(nèi)道路工程的設(shè)計、早期病害的防治具有十分重要的工程意義。結(jié)合魯東濱海地區(qū)底基層水泥穩(wěn)定花崗巖風化料材料實際應(yīng)用狀況,根據(jù)該地區(qū)地層分布情況及風化料的工程特性,對花崗巖風化料進行了工程特征區(qū)域劃分;采用可溶鹽溶液腐蝕的方法,從無側(cè)限抗壓強度、抗沖刷性能、抗腐蝕性能等方面,分別對20%、30%、40%三種粗集料含量的水泥穩(wěn)定花崗巖風化料在標準養(yǎng)生、浸溶液養(yǎng)生條件下的材料性能進行了試驗研究。結(jié)果表明,水泥穩(wěn)定花崗巖風化料中,粗集料含量增加到30%,材料的抗壓強度增加顯著;粗集料含量由30%增加到40%,抗壓強度值增幅較小。粗集料含量由20%增加到30%具有更優(yōu)異的性價比。在抗沖刷試驗中,隨粗集料含量的增加三種材料沖刷試驗后的質(zhì)量損失P逐漸減小,粗集料含量由20%增加到30%時,試件抗沖刷性能提升更明顯。在抗腐蝕性試驗中,隨著齡期的增長,3種材料在可溶鹽養(yǎng)生條件下,無側(cè)限抗壓強度呈下降趨勢,粗集料含量20%的材料表現(xiàn)最差,粗集料含量30%、40%的兩種材料明顯優(yōu)于粗集料含量20%的材料,在水泥穩(wěn)定花崗巖風化料中參加碎石,抗腐蝕能力顯著增強。
[Abstract]:In the coastal area of eastern Shandong, granite weathered material is widely distributed, which is a traditional road construction material in road engineering, which is often used in road subgrade filling or stabilized by cement and other cement as road base or subbase. In recent years, with the increase of traffic volume and the continuous increase of traffic axle load, many roads have occurred pavement cracking, potholes and other early damage, resulting in great economic losses and adverse social impact. It is of great engineering significance to analyze the road performance of granite weathered materials for the design of road engineering in the region and the prevention and control of early diseases. Combined with the practical application of cement stabilized granite weathered material in coastal area of eastern Shandong Province, according to the formation distribution and engineering characteristics of weathered material in this area, the engineering characteristic area of granite weathered material is divided. By using the method of soluble salt solution corrosion, 20%, 30% and 40% of cement stabilized granite weathered materials with unconfined compressive strength, scour resistance and corrosion resistance are preserved in the standard. The properties of the materials under the condition of soaking solution were studied. The results show that in cement stabilized granite weathered material, the content of coarse aggregate increases to 30%, the compressive strength of the material increases significantly, and the content of coarse aggregate increases from 30% to 40%, and the compressive strength increases little. The increase of coarse aggregate content from 20% to 30% has better performance-price ratio. In the scour resistance test, the mass loss P of the three kinds of materials decreases gradually with the increase of coarse aggregate content, and the scour resistance of the specimen is improved more obviously when the coarse aggregate content increases from 20% to 30%. In the corrosion resistance test, with the increase of age, the unconfined compressive strength of the three materials decreased under the condition of soluble salt health, and the crude aggregate content of 20% was the worst, and the crude aggregate content was 30%. 40% of the two materials are obviously superior to the materials with 20% coarse aggregate content, and the corrosion resistance of the two materials is significantly enhanced by adding crushed stone in cement stabilized granite weathered material.
