道路灌縫材料低溫粘聚性—粘附性統(tǒng)一評(píng)價(jià)及失效判別方法研究

【摘要】:目前,在我國(guó)灌縫維修是最為廣泛應(yīng)用的一種路面病害治理方法。實(shí)踐證明,對(duì)于瀝青路面產(chǎn)生早期病害尤其是早期線狀裂縫的情況,通過(guò)裂縫修補(bǔ)的方法可有效延長(zhǎng)路面的使用壽命。而近年來(lái)在灌縫膠使用過(guò)程中,普遍出現(xiàn)了早期失效現(xiàn)象,尤其是在低溫與交通荷載共同條件下,出現(xiàn)以粘附性和粘聚性失效為主的損壞現(xiàn)象。因此,有必要對(duì)灌縫材料的失效程度判別方法以及灌縫材料粘聚性-粘附性統(tǒng)一評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立展開相對(duì)應(yīng)的研究。主要內(nèi)容如下:首先,基于已開發(fā)的道路灌縫材料低溫性能測(cè)試儀,研制開發(fā)了適用于灌縫材料低溫粘聚性-粘附性統(tǒng)一評(píng)價(jià)試驗(yàn)夾具及模具。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)?zāi)M方法,研究了不同種類的灌縫膠的粘聚性及粘附性性能參數(shù)(破壞應(yīng)變、破壞應(yīng)力等)隨試驗(yàn)溫度、加載速率、試件尺寸等試驗(yàn)參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,確定統(tǒng)一的粘聚性-粘附性試驗(yàn)參數(shù)及試驗(yàn)方法。之后,通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,研究確定灌縫膠低溫粘聚性-粘附性統(tǒng)一評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)(破壞應(yīng)力、破壞應(yīng)變、應(yīng)變能等),并對(duì)各指標(biāo)的影響分別進(jìn)行分析。針對(duì)灌縫膠的自身性能,分析灌縫膠的老化特性、粘度、玻璃態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化溫度Tg等參數(shù)對(duì)粘聚性、粘附性統(tǒng)一評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的影響規(guī)律。針對(duì)裂縫壁特性,分析了石料的種類對(duì)灌縫材料低溫粘聚性-粘附性的影響。最后,選取黑龍江地區(qū)典型路段進(jìn)行了灌縫材料失效情況的跟蹤調(diào)查工作,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新的適用于長(zhǎng)期調(diào)查的方法,結(jié)果表明,灌縫膠的早期失效以粘聚性失效與粘附性失效為主,在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際中,同樣可使用開裂寬度為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)對(duì)其進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)合實(shí)際情況,提出了灌縫材料失效的評(píng)價(jià)方法。
[Abstract]:At present, grouting joint maintenance is one of the most widely used pavement disease treatment methods in China. It has been proved in practice that the service life of asphalt pavement can be prolonged effectively by means of crack repair in the case of early disease, especially in the case of early linear cracks. In recent years, early failure has occurred in the process of grouting adhesive, especially under the condition of low temperature and traffic load, the failure of adhesion and cohesion is the main failure phenomenon. Therefore, it is necessary to study the method of judging the failure degree of the joint material and the establishment of the unified evaluation system of the cohesion and adhesion of the joint material. The main contents are as follows: firstly, based on the developed low-temperature performance tester for road joint materials, a uniform test fixture and die for low-temperature cohesion-adhesion evaluation of joint materials is developed. On the basis of this, the cohesion and adhesion performance parameters (failure strain, failure stress, etc.) of different kinds of stitch adhesive were studied with the experimental temperature and loading rate, by means of laboratory test simulation method. The uniform cohesion-adhesion test parameters and test methods are determined according to the variation rule of test parameters such as specimen size and so on. After that, the unified evaluation indexes (failure stress, failure strain, strain energy, etc.) of low-temperature cohesion-adhesion of grout glue are determined by laboratory test results, and the influence of each index is analyzed separately. In this paper, the influence of aging characteristics, viscosity and glass state transition temperature (Tg) on adhesion and adhesion of stitch adhesive was analyzed in accordance with its own properties, and the influence of parameters such as aging property, viscosity and glass state transition temperature on the unified evaluation index of adhesion and adhesion was analyzed. According to the characteristics of crack wall, the influence of the type of stone on the low-temperature cohesion-adhesion of the grouted material was analyzed. Finally, a new method suitable for long-term investigation is designed to track and investigate the failure of filling joint materials in typical sections of Heilongjiang Province. The results show that: In the field practice, the crack width can be used as the evaluation index to evaluate the early failure of the joint adhesive. Combined with the actual situation, the evaluation method of the failure of the joint material is put forward.
