省道211線(xiàn)瓦斯溝至姑咱段改建項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度與質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:道路的通暢,對(duì)于提升人民生活水平,方便人們出行及經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)活動(dòng),起到非常大的作用,省道211線(xiàn)瓦斯溝至姑咱段地處四川省康定縣瓦斯溝至姑咱鎮(zhèn)之間,距成都公路里程約360km,與國(guó)道G318公路、省道211公路相連,交通條件非常重要。為進(jìn)一步完善省干線(xiàn)公路網(wǎng),改善丹巴縣及道路沿線(xiàn)地區(qū)交通條件,擬對(duì)省道211線(xiàn)瓦斯溝至姑咱段路段進(jìn)行改建。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理以及進(jìn)度管理的有關(guān)理論對(duì)省道211線(xiàn)瓦斯溝至姑咱鎮(zhèn)段改建項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,主要工作如下:首先,介紹了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理和項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理,包括其定義、其主要工作內(nèi)容,也介紹了具體的管理方法。其次,分析了省道211線(xiàn)瓦斯溝至姑咱鎮(zhèn)段改建項(xiàng)目的概況,包括項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)工程量及條件,項(xiàng)目建設(shè)目標(biāo),項(xiàng)目組織機(jī)構(gòu),項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況,分析了項(xiàng)目中存在的進(jìn)度問(wèn)題,包括施工前期工作進(jìn)度相對(duì)滯后的原因分析,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)質(zhì)量管理水平低,質(zhì)量控制措施不到位,盲目追求工程進(jìn)度導(dǎo)致工程質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)明顯問(wèn)題等,以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理中存在的問(wèn)題,包括各個(gè)分包單位則為了實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)的最大化,對(duì)合同中要求的質(zhì)量予以降低,這就對(duì)項(xiàng)目管控的難度增大,項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前的調(diào)查工作做得不夠細(xì)致,項(xiàng)目的地理位置、相應(yīng)的法規(guī)政策以及人文因素等對(duì)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的影響,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度對(duì)質(zhì)量的影響等。最后,運(yùn)用計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù),關(guān)鍵路徑法,甘特圖法等方法,對(duì)省道211線(xiàn)瓦斯溝至姑咱鎮(zhèn)段改建項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,包括重新進(jìn)行進(jìn)度規(guī)劃,項(xiàng)目工作任務(wù)分解,項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)排序及工期估算。項(xiàng)目里程碑計(jì)劃,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃表及甘特圖,關(guān)鍵路線(xiàn)確定等,并在詳細(xì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,提出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃監(jiān)控,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理保障措施等方案,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行控制:建立項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證體系,分為思想保證體系,組織保證體系,目標(biāo)管理保證體系,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程質(zhì)量保證體系,質(zhì)量檢查保證體系,質(zhì)量信息保證體系,經(jīng)濟(jì)保證體系,確保項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,思想、組織、經(jīng)濟(jì)、質(zhì)量監(jiān)督等全方位保證。完善項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量保證措施,加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量教育,技術(shù)培訓(xùn),完善質(zhì)量信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)等,并從工藝控制措施,工程材料控制措施,施工操作控制措施,工程款支付控制措施等多方位提出項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制方案。
[Abstract]:The smooth road plays a very important role in improving people's living standards, facilitating people's travel and economic and social activities. The section from Wasgou to Guzan on the provincial road 211 is located between Vasgou and Gouzan town in Kangding County, Sichuan Province. Chengdu highway mileage is about 360 km, connected with national highway G318, provincial highway 211, traffic conditions are very important. In order to further improve the highway network of provincial trunk lines and improve the traffic conditions of Danba County and areas along the road, the section from Vasgou to Guzan of provincial highway 211 is proposed to be reconstructed. Based on the theory of project quality management and schedule management, this paper makes an optimization study on the progress and quality management of reconstruction project from Wasgou to Guzan Town on the 211 line of provincial highway. The main work is as follows: first of all, This paper introduces the project schedule management and project quality management, including its definition, main work contents and specific management methods. Secondly, it analyzes the general situation of the reconstruction project from Wasgou to Guzan Town on the 211 line of provincial highway, including the project profile, the quantity and conditions of the project construction, the construction target, the organization of the project, and the implementation of the project. This paper analyzes the progress problems existing in the project, including the cause analysis of the relative lag of the work progress in the pre-construction period, the low level of on-site quality management, the lack of quality control measures in place, and the blind pursuit of the project progress, which leads to obvious problems in the engineering quality, etc. And the existing problems in project quality management, including each sub-contractor in order to maximize profits, to reduce the quality required in the contract, which increases the difficulty of project control. The investigation work before the implementation of the project is not meticulous, the geographical location of the project, the corresponding regulations and policies, the impact of humanistic factors on the quality of the project, the impact of the project schedule on the quality of the project, and so on. Finally, using the methods of plan evaluation, critical path method, Gantt chart and so on, the progress of the reconstruction project from Wasgou to Guzao Town on the 211 line of provincial highway has been optimized, including re-progress planning and the decomposition of the work tasks of the project.
