【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,城市人口數(shù)量激增,對(duì)交通產(chǎn)生了更大的需求,城市路網(wǎng)上機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)數(shù)量隨之增加,由此對(duì)城市路網(wǎng)產(chǎn)生了極大的壓力,帶來(lái)了頻發(fā)的交通事故,城市生態(tài)環(huán)境也進(jìn)一步惡化。為了解決日益嚴(yán)重的城市交通問(wèn)題,首要方法是減少路網(wǎng)上車(chē)輛數(shù)量,因此推廣建設(shè)城市公交系統(tǒng)顯得尤為重要,為了更好地發(fā)展公交系統(tǒng)、吸引更多客流,提高公交系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效率和服務(wù)水平是重中之重,主要手段包括建立公交專(zhuān)用道和公共自行車(chē)專(zhuān)用道,保證兩者的路權(quán),提高行駛速度和安全性,為了推廣自行車(chē)出行方式還應(yīng)該建立覆蓋城市的公共自行車(chē)租賃點(diǎn)。為了后續(xù)研究的順利,我們首先對(duì)公交專(zhuān)用道和公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)的影響因素進(jìn)行了分析,影響因素主要包括道路幾何尺寸、客流量、地理特點(diǎn)等。在公交專(zhuān)用道設(shè)置研究中,我們需要從網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃、線(xiàn)路規(guī)劃、節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)置三方面進(jìn)行考慮。在網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中考慮公交系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的線(xiàn)路走向、覆蓋規(guī)模、組成成分等;在線(xiàn)路規(guī)劃中考慮機(jī)動(dòng)車(chē)道橫斷面幾何尺寸、專(zhuān)用道規(guī)模、與其他道路的隔離問(wèn)題;在節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)置中考慮交叉口處車(chē)輛沖突問(wèn)題、站點(diǎn)規(guī)模設(shè)置。在評(píng)價(jià)模型的設(shè)置中主要目的是體現(xiàn)公交專(zhuān)用道設(shè)置后對(duì)公交運(yùn)行情況的改善。在公共自行車(chē)研究中,建立起立足于點(diǎn)、連接成線(xiàn)、發(fā)展成面的城市公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng),除了以上內(nèi)容還需要考慮租賃點(diǎn)選址、規(guī)模設(shè)置兩大問(wèn)題。最后設(shè)置評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)效用進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,以期證明自行車(chē)交通特有的靈活性和快速性。在結(jié)合咸陽(yáng)市實(shí)際進(jìn)行實(shí)際應(yīng)用與分析中,針對(duì)咸陽(yáng)市2020年的交通預(yù)測(cè)情況和需求,對(duì)咸陽(yáng)市符合公交專(zhuān)用道設(shè)置要求的部分路段設(shè)置公交專(zhuān)用道并且在自行車(chē)出行需求集中區(qū)域內(nèi)研究公共自行車(chē)系統(tǒng)的布設(shè)問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the number of urban population has increased rapidly, and there has been a greater demand for traffic, and the number of motor vehicles on the urban road network has increased accordingly, resulting in great pressure on the urban road network and frequent traffic accidents. The urban ecological environment also worsened further. In order to solve the increasingly serious urban traffic problems, the first way is to reduce the number of vehicles on the road network, so it is particularly important to promote the construction of urban public transport system. In order to better develop the public transport system and attract more passengers, It is the most important to improve the efficiency and service level of the public transport system. The main means include the establishment of the bus lane and the public bicycle lane, to ensure the right of the way, to improve the speed and safety of the public transport system. In order to promote bicycle travel mode, it is also necessary to establish public bicycle rental sites covering the city. In order to follow up the study smoothly, we first analyzed the influencing factors of bus lane and public bicycle system, including road geometry, passenger flow, geographical characteristics and so on. In the study of bus lane setting, we need to consider three aspects: network planning, line planning and node setting. In the network planning, the route direction, coverage scale and composition of the bus system network are considered, and the cross-section geometry of the motorized lane, the special lane size and the isolation from other roads are considered in the route planning. The problem of vehicle collision at the intersection and the setting of site size are considered in the node setting. The main purpose of the evaluation model is to reflect the improvement of bus operation after the bus lane is set up. In the study of public bicycles, it is necessary to consider the location of rental sites and the size of the urban public bicycle system, which is based on the point, connected into a line and developed into a plane. Finally, the evaluation model is set up to evaluate and analyze the utility of public bicycle system, in order to prove the unique flexibility and rapidity of bicycle traffic. In combination with the actual application and analysis of Xianyang City, aiming at the traffic forecast and demand of Xianyang City in 2020, Some sections of Xianyang city which meet the requirements of bus lane setting are set up and the layout problem of public bicycle system is studied in the area where the demand for bicycle travel is concentrated.
