路用生物瀝青及混合料性能研究

【摘要】:選擇以木屑為原材料生產出的生物質重油,將其加入50號基質瀝青,并摻入外摻劑,制備不同生物質重油摻量的生物瀝青,對RTFO老化前后生物瀝青樣品的針入度、軟化點、延度(10℃)、質量變化進行分析,通過結合料試驗優(yōu)選出符合規(guī)范要求的生物瀝青結合料,然后制備生物瀝青混合料并對其進行車轍試驗、凍融劈裂試驗、小梁彎曲試驗和低溫黏結性試驗等,考察生物質重油摻量變化對生物瀝青混合料路用性能的影響。結果表明:隨著生物質重油摻量的增加,生物瀝青的針入度增加、軟化點降低、延度增加,高溫性能受到一定程度的影響,但低溫抗裂性能得到提高;與50號基質瀝青混合料相比,生物質重油摻量(w)為10%的生物瀝青混合料的最大彎拉應變比提高20.90%,低溫性能有所提高,凍融循環(huán)后的劈裂抗拉強度提高12.56%,水穩(wěn)定性有所提高,黏附性能大幅提高,高溫性能有所降低;生物質重油摻量(w)為10%的生物瀝青混合料的各項指標均滿足《公路工程瀝青及瀝青混合料試驗規(guī)程》(JTG E20—2011)的要求。
