氯氧鎂水泥道路混凝土彎曲增韌性能研究

【摘要】:為提高氯氧鎂水泥(簡稱鎂水泥)混凝土的彎曲韌性,將0.25%、0.5%、0.75%、1%聚丙烯纖維及0.5%、1%、1.5%鋼纖維分別摻入鎂水泥砂漿中,測試其7 d抗折抗壓強(qiáng)度及對應(yīng)的荷載-撓度韌性指數(shù),通過試驗(yàn)測試結(jié)果分析各自增韌效果,并在鎂水泥混凝土中作進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:摻加聚丙烯纖維與鋼纖維均可以增加鎂水泥混凝土的強(qiáng)度;當(dāng)單摻0.8%聚丙烯纖維或單摻1%鋼纖維時,對鎂水泥混凝土韌性增強(qiáng)效果最好;當(dāng)混摻1%鋼纖維+0.8%聚丙烯纖維時,鎂水泥混凝土的韌性增強(qiáng)效果較好。
[Abstract]:in order to improve the flexural toughness of the magnesium oxychloride cement (hereinafter referred to as the magnesium cement) concrete, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%,1% of polypropylene fiber and 0.5%,1% and 1.5% steel fiber are respectively added into the magnesium cement mortar to test the 7 d flexural strength and the corresponding load-deflection toughness index, The respective toughening effects were analyzed by the test results and further verified in the magnesium cement concrete. The results show that the strength of the magnesium cement concrete can be increased by adding the polypropylene fiber and the steel fiber, and when the single-mixed 0.8% polypropylene fiber or 1% steel fiber is mixed, the strength of the magnesium cement concrete is the best; when the mixed 1% steel fiber + 0.8% of the polypropylene fiber is mixed, And the toughness of the magnesium cement concrete is better.
